Phil Long Collision Center services on my Lincoln Aviator was exceptional. Robert’s and his team did a great job updating me on the status of my vehicle. They did a great job working with my insurance to get the best parts for repairs. I like that they did not cut corners and I appreciate the fact that they have life time warranty on their parts. Great job guys.

Communication was crap, They took 45 days and it cost me an extra $350 because of poor communication and slow response. I am PISSED!

I can't say enough good things about Robert at Phil Long Collision Center! From start to finish, he went above and beyond to take care of me. His excellent communication kept me updated every step of the way, letting me know exactly where my truck was in the repair process. On top of that, Robert even went to bat for me with the insurance company, ensuring everything was handled smoothly and in my best interest. Robert’s dedication, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile truly set him apart. Wherever Robert is, that's where I’ll take my vehicles for repairs from now on. If i could do zero stars I would. Do not recommend using this place. Vehicle went in for hail damage. Insurance approved roof replacement and hood replacement. The rep there said I’d save more money to do dent repair than roof replacement. I expressed desires to save money. They took their time on work repairs and billed by the hour, costing more money than replacement of the roof entirely. The shop took 6 weeks to do repairs when original quote was less time. One month after repairs the truck is back in the shop for paint work failing. The shop is covering under “warranty” and stated this is a one time coverage. I’ve reached out to several body shops who all stated the same thing, the paint should not have failed. The hood is fiberglass cervini. Shop said that’s the reason for paint failure. Dropped vehicle off Monday, told it’d be ready next day, in afternoon. Now being told perhaps Thursday. It’s near impossible to get the rep on the phone. Communication is subpar and timelines are constantly pushed right. If I could do it all over again, I’d never use this shop. Recommend shopping around prior to making the decision to utilize this shop.

This review is not related to quality of repair as I’ve not received my repaired vehicle yet. This review is submitted because I had explicitly requested a “tear down” estimate only and instead they performed the estimate, submitted a supplement and immediately repaired my vehicle. Details are: someone backed into the rear of my car and their insurance created an AI generated estimate through a mobile app that I downloaded to my phone and took pictures at its direction. In reviewing the estimate, I could see that it did not include damage to the trunk lid. I called the insurance company and explained that I may choose not to repair the car due to its age and value and therefore wanted a very accurate repair estimate. Because of their willingness to repair the car, including any damage subsequently found while the repair was in process, they weren’t willing to invest additional time in providing a more detailed estimate and said I would need to find a body shop willing to perform a “tear down” estimate. The first shop I called said they did not perform them. My second call was to Phil Long, who had performed repairs on my car a few years ago, and they said they’d absolutely do so and asked me to bring the car by for a look. I had a very lengthy and explicit conversation with the sales associate about my circumstances and that I was only looking for an accurate estimate so that I could decide whether or not to have the repairs performed. He also confirmed my concern that the trunk lid was damaged and said it actually would need to be replaced. He also asked me to send him a copy of the original estimate provided by the insurance company. When I returned to drop my car off for the service, we again had a similar conversation about my interest in seeing what their estimate looked like so that I could make a decision whether or not to repair. On January 2, while I was on holiday vacation, I received a text from the insurance company stating they’d revised my estimate, and it in fact doubled. On January 3, I received a text from Phil Long saying that the repairs on my vehicle were substantially complete. I had two conversations with my salesperson the week of January 6 to 1) confirm that the repairs were indeed performed and 2) how that occurred given our explicit conversations. There was absolutely no owning such a material mistake (if it in fact was even a mistake) and in fact suggested that I was somehow being unethical. I emphasized that everything I had told him I also told the insurance company and there was nothing at all unethical about my request. Presumably, Phil Long took the claim information off the original estimate they asked that I provide and ran with it, performing a repair on my vehicle that is arguably as much as I could sell the car for. To say I am extremely aggravated and disappointed is an understatement and I feel that the “unethical” label can either be applied to Phil Long Collision Center or at the very least this particular sales associate.

The Phil Long Collision Center repaired my Ford F150 in six weeks time as promised and delivered it in pristine condition. Everything was coordinated with the insurance company, and I was kept informed of the progress of the vehicle. It was the excellent service you would expect from Ford.

My vehicle needed body work to a broken glass. The vehicle was completed in a very timely manner, only a couple of hours. The customer service was outstanding. Although there is construction in the building it did not disrupt service.

I scheduled a hail estimate for the second time with Phil Long. I spoke with multiple employees about this issue before I arrived. I even called the collision center hour before my appointment and 30 minutes before my appointment. I once again explained my issue just to make sure that I was getting the best advice because it was a complicated hail claim. I got some pretty good information and decided to head down to the shop for the scheduled appointment. After arriving to the shop, Robert T. one of the associates came out and spoke with me about my vehicle. Robert was clearly trying to strongarm me into using Phil Long for repairs by saying I could not take my vehicle to get another estimate after there was one that was already approved. Robert is not an insurance expert nor does he have contact with my adjuster yet so why make such a statement? I already explained to Robert that I will be getting another appraisal to ensure the accuracy. Robert insisted that I have to use Phil Long and I ended the conversation at that point and asked for management. After an hour drive and attempting to get strong armed by the employee I noticed some confusion and Robert came out to me and said they were not able to do the estimate today because the estimator was not there. I then asked for the general manager DWYANE. DWayne came out, and I explained my issue and I simply wanted someone to understand and take reaponsibility, and all I got from DWYANE was shrugged shoulders.

My 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid was damaged from a rear end collision. Although the exterior damage was superficial, further damage was revealed when body panels were removed, which required an additional supplement with the insurance carrier. The Phil Long Collision Center delivered a flawless experience for me through the entire process. Great attention to detail. I am totally pleased with workmanship and color matching of a very tricky Ford "Seafoam Green" color on a 10 year old vehicle. Nando was an absolute pleasure to work with and easy to reach when needed. He updated me routinely regarding the status of my vehicle. The office staff were helpful, polite, courteous and true professionals at what they do. My vehicle was clean inside and out when received after all repairs completed.

Our van had a large amount of hail damage. Phil Long Collision did a great job! Insurance had majorly underestimated the repairs needed and Phil Long worked with them to get it repaired properly. They also kept us updated regularly on the progress. Highly recommended them!!

TLDR: I have purchased 8 vehicles in 5 years from Phil Long. My experience with their collision center has made so I will not buy another one from them. My family bought our first Hyundai from Phil long in summer of 2019. Since then we have purchased 7 more including my newest a 2024 Ioniq 5. I am an Uber driver and when people compliment me on my vehicle I always point them to Phil Long and tell them how great they are. While driving on 9/23/24 a rock cracked my windshield. I was at the dealership where I purchased the vehicle on a different matter and they told me it had to go through the collision center. The lady I spoke to used to work there and said it would be fixed the same day. Cool, no problem. I head to the collision center and on my way there, I call them. There is only one person who handles glass, so I leave him a voice mail. I still go to the center, and I’m told he is on lunch. No problem, I fill out a form and I am told he will call me later that afternoon. It is not coming up on 48 hours and I have not received a call from the gentleman who does their glass work. As I mentioned before I drive Uber, the appearance of my vehicle is incredibly important, if the crack gets bigger it could cost me money. Edit: Imagine reading the above review and thinking that my problem was with the dealership and not your collision center. No accountability, no self awareness! Your response definitely confirms my decision not to give another dollar to Phil Long!

I had my car in for hail damage repair. I was told it would take a couple of weeks to fix. No problem. Ten weeks later I finally got my car back. At no point in the estimate process did anyone from Phil Long contact me to tell me it would not take two or three weeks, but it would take two MONTHS to get my repairs completed. By the time I realized that five weeks had passed and it was nowhere near done, it was way to late to find another shop. Added to that, when the insurance company refused to pay the final calibration estimate, the shop put me into the middle of the discussion with the insurance company, rather than simply negotiating the supplement as they had with the previous 3 supplements. I was told I could certainly pay the extra out of my own pocket and then fight the insurance company for payment if I wanted my car back. Thankfully I was able to work with my insurance company and get the final bill paid, but in the end I was not even offered an apology by Phil Long for all the inconvenience of not having my car for ten weeks. I will never go back, nor will I recommend this shop to anyone.

This place was amazing. Towed our vehicle here direct from the scene. Robert Talltree was really helpful and informative. Robert helped us understand the situation, gave us hints to how insurance would likely proceed. This includes telling us about the scrupulous tactics that the insurance provider would employ. This really gave us peace of mind knowing what was expected with this horrible situation. We’re sad our truck was totaled but happy to say Phil Long was here for our family on this tough journey!
