I would give Sam and team a 10-star if I could. I am very discerning (some call me difficult. LOL). I have had two jags—1996 xj6 in British racing green and a 2000 S-type. I KNOW they are a money pit until they become classics. My Mom "gifted" me her 2002 XK8 since it just sat in the garage and she never drove it. I knew what I was getting into. I finally found Pharaoh who would work on it. Frankly, the place is really in a sketchy area, but Sam put my mind at ease. He heard all my issues, asked him are you sure you are familiar with these cars and he said, "yeah, yeah, yeah, it's all the same with these cars, it's this, this or this." I approved the online bid and then two or three days later got an invoice. I thought must be an error in their system or he wants the money up front. So ignored it since it was a big chunk of change. Then called him a week later to ask status and he said, "you didn't pick up your car last week and we have been pulling it in the garage each night!" And then explained why and he said "no, no, no, you never pay a mechanic up front." If I had the capital, I would snap Sam and team up to expand their business. Their skills are like gold, just look at the reviews. Bottom line, if you have a jag, I would take it there.

Awesome mechanic! However, I'm not please with you selling me back my own part back to me for extra profit! I want be back Sam, thanks, but no thanks! I'll just have to locate another honest mechanic to repair my vehicles! Windshield Washer pump looks familiar! All you did was remove it from the used part I gave you and placed it on my original reservoir and changed me for it! I paid for the part twice! When I purchased it form the junkyard and then from you! So much for "Customer loyalty is number one priority"!

Excellent service! Sam has worked on our BMW multiple times and is always very fair in price. We do most of the work ourselves but take it to him for larger jobs. Can’t recommend this shop enough!

Check your credit card bill so you don't get charged twice. Got a new water pump installed on vehicle. Quick turnaround which was nice, but 80 bucks added on for coolant as well?

Had my Nissan Rogue towed here after it shut off and had the check engine light turned on. They were very helpful and checked out everything. They realized it was just a bad connection and got it back up and running right away. They were very honest and didn’t even charge me. I will recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you for being an honest business which is very hard to come by nowadays.

The warning light indicating my battery wasn't charging came on the evening before I brought my car in for a scheduled oil change. Sam diagnosed a bad alternator and was able to get it replaced, and do the oil change, to get me safely back to work as soon as possible. He also pointed out a leak in my battery so I could try to get it replaced under warranty. Pharaoh's consistently goes the extra mile to provide excellent car care and customer service!

Pharaoh is simply the best! When you look for someone to work on your car, you always look for someone that is fair and honest. Sam is extremely fair on prices, and is always honest about what your car actually needs. And, he will stay with the problem until it is fixed. I have only dealt with a few businesses in my lifetime that deliver service that you can trust completely. Pharaoh is one of those that always comes through. Highly recommended!!!!
