I got my first ever German car and Audi and took it to Pete’s for repair when It started throwing codes. Let me tell you this place is top tier. They were able to inspect my car the same day and did a better job than the dealership did. When I bought this Audi I thought it was driving great. But after I took it to Pete’s it’s like driving on a cloud. They are attentive and in my opinion better than any dealership “shop” out there. I can’t speak highly enough of this place. My car runs better than I ever thought it could and I can only thank Pete’s service center ! Highly recommend! Ask for Tristan or Ethan they will take care of you better than any other place.

In what I thought would be great service. Turned out to be a 17 month debacle. Not only was I out of 4k for a service that’s still not complete to this day, but also much more in rental fees during this time. These are the professionals that charge you for diagnostics, however the problem still exists. Honor your warranty. Honor your service. Honor your customer satisfaction. NEVER take your car here. You’ll end up in a worse situation than you were prior to pulling into Pete’s garage.

I will yell it from the mountain tops: GO TO PETE’s AND SUPPORT THIS LOCAL INDY BUSINESS!! I cannot express how happy I am with not only Pete’s auto servicing, but also their customer service! Because I am sometimes too foward about my lack of knowledge about cars, I have been taken advantage of by several big name auto service corporations. Pete’s not only did a phenomenal job with my car, but they were incredibly straightforward and also helpful with explaining what was going on with my car without making me feel dumb. Dustin is a wonderful person who (patiently) helped me with literally every question under the sun, and you can tell he genuinely loves his job. I have NEVER been to a car service center with such high integrity. If you have a European car and live in the Indy area, do yourself a favor and support this incredible business. You will be in good hands and they will not let you down!

The are not honest charge 235 dollars for a fake diagnostic report originally I took a 2008 mercedes benz for thermostat replace instead they point out what they recommend they ask for six dollars to replace a timing chain cover which had nothing to do with the leaking thermostatneck the are true crooks took my car to a nother shop guy fixed for 50 bucks and said they lied to me.

I was trying desperately not to post this, but here we go. So where do I start……I hit a pothole coming from Carmel back in early June. This caused my car to make a springy noise when I made right turns. I took my 2020 Volvo XC40 there for repair. The total repair was over $4k. This was to replace the sway bar that was damaged. A gentleman who I will be kind enough not to name was my service point of contact. I picked up my car 2 weeks later. He said, “If you hear anything, just bring it back.” (In my mind for $4000 grand I shouldn’t be hearing anything). After a few days in of driving, I hear a rattling sound. I talked with my fiancé and he said parts should be under warranty, take it back to them. Before I did that, I took the car to Midas and had them to put my car on the rack. That’s when the discovery was made that the sway bar I had Pete’s repair was in fact not repaired, it was broken. And there was something they put “glue” on. I took a picture and Midas was kind enough to provide a print out as well. With this information in hand, I return to Pete’s. The gentleman who shall remain nameless had a deer in the headlights look when I returned. I presented my documentation and photo from Midas to the shop manager. That’s when it was discovered something was broken on my car and they took it out of the system (I guess if it’s not there, it’s not a thing). The shop manager advised there was a mistake on their part and they would replace the part at no cost to me. Part was ordered and I dropped my car off again. Car drove fine and that rattle came right back. And to Pete’s I returned once more. This time I had a mechanic drive with me so they could here what I was hearing. I was given an explanation as to why the rattling was still occurring and it was something to do with the amount of torque needed to make sure the sway bars were in place like they should be. This was in October. We are now in the month of November, I am still hearing a slight sound. This makes me mad and pisses me off. I’ve actually referred people to Pete’s as I believed in their attention to detail and commitment to service. At this point, I don’t feel as though I should have to spend another dime with another shop when all of my money was spent there. For me, there are 2 alternatives, return my money where I can take it where the work will be done correctly or I come there until it is done right. The fact that this will be the fourth or fifth time is beyond ridiculous. At this point I will go to a dealer that can ACTUALLY work on my car and do it correctly. Oh and don’t worry about them checking their voicemail because that is not a thing they are familiar with. Make it make sense.

Love Pete’s, best euro center I’ve ever been to, my 550 has never driven this good in all of my ownership, aswell as every time my 335i has an issue they have it done same day! 10/10 will be back next time something needs done

Pete's service center is second to none on servicing luxury European and classic cars. I would take my high performance vehicles no where else in Indianapolis or the Midwest. Also they have an amazing collection of vehicles on site that you can view that are absolutely out of this world.

Pets's is the place to go if you have a foreign car in America. They know their cars and the service before during and after, is on point. I took my beamer there and I'm pleased at the results. Ethan scheduled my 2007 BMW Z4 within a few days and communicated well with the technician. The car had not been serviced or inspected since my purchase. They explained all the results of their inspection. I am a returning customer and will return again...very satisfied.

It is not easy keeping a 52 year old car running like new, but Pete’s does it for my Datsun 240Z. The Pete’s staff love cars, and it shows in their high quality work. It’s the only shop where I will take my car for service.

Just moved to the area so I was excited to find a European specialty maintenance shop for my GTI. The service was perfect, I really appreciated the full inspection, but it's ridiculously high priced in my opinion so I probably won't go back. If that's not a factor for you, this is the place to be. But I was shocked at the labor prices, spent hundreds more than I would have expected.

They put oil stains all over my driver's side (door, hood release, foof). When I took back to have them clean they did a very poor job so I will have to pay out of pocket to see if the stains can be removed. Also replaced brakes and making a noise that they have not corrected. Terrible!

Was charged $362 for diagnostic then told I had to pay another $1300 for air compressor to be replaced what’s that $ 1700 if I’m wrong let me know
