The people at Peterson are awesome first of all I'm in Massachusetts and my daughter is is in school there and of course her car broke down and Justin and the rest of Peterson's bent over backwards to get her on back on the road can't say thank you enough!!!

Thank you so much! One shop quoted me $2500 for both of my front wheel bearings to be replaced. And here quoted me $1500. They understand the average blue collar worker. And put care into their services. I will be going here for now on for any of my car repairs. Thank you again!

Kept me well informed with what was going on. Repaired my vehicle in a timely manner. Explained everything to me after repairs were completed and checked with me a couple of days later to see if I had problems with it. Would recommend to anyone.

I took my 2017 Mercedes-benz into the shop for electrical door panel issue. I was referred by a friend and Justin did not disappoint. I had a very good experience from A+ customer service to quality work and fair pricing. They deserve five stars and more. I didn’t have an appt when I showed up to the repair shop, but I was desperate since I knew my starter was on its last leg. Justin got my car in and repaired in less than 5 hours at a very reasonable cost. Not only that but he assured me that everything else looked great and didn’t try to up charge me. Now that I have been there once this will forever be my car repair shop.

This is a great shop with two knowledgeable, experienced guys, Justin and Brayden. It's a bonus for me that they are particularly expert in Toyotas and hybrids and will use OEM parts and give a great two year warranty on their work. Pricing is fair and posted - a regular price of $59.99 for a full synthetic oil change by guys who know what they are doing can't be beat! Being personable, patient, honest and respectful to this 70+ year-old woman is another big plus for me. Thankyou, gentlemen!

I was having some problems with my truck going into "Limp" mode. Justin and teamed diagnosed and noticed I had a recall. So I took it to get recall work done and still wasn't driving right. Two days later I took to Justin, they worked on it most of the day and got everything fixed!!! Really great service and no runarounds on what might be needed. They were confident in the work they did and my truck now drives so much better!!! Thank you!!

Overall Excellent work! Justin is very thorough efficient, the very best work and attention to detail. You can trust they will get your vehicle taken care of right. I live in Plano. Used to use his on-site service. Peterson Automotive does good quality work at a reasonable price. So good, that I drive from Plano to his fixed location in Denton to have work performed. My schedule is very tight, so I made an appointment to have my vehicle serviced Monday morning at 9AM. I arrived at the schedule time and I was out of there by 10:30 with new brakes on my car. Again, quality work at a fair price. Keep up the great work guys!

My 18 year old van recently had an a/c issue. I took it to Peterson Automotive for a diagnosis. They not only performed the diagnosis quickly (on the same day) but also fixed the problem (compressor replacement) very next day. They are very pleasant to talk to, their service is of high quality, and their pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend Peterson Automotive!
