My vehicle was diagnosed months ago with an issue that affected not only my truck but also passengers in my vehicle. My mechanic at the time put me off for months. I went talked to Perry Automotive and within a day they had my truck in and repaired on a Sunday due to the urgency of the issue. He did not take advantage of the situation and repaired my truck with a fair price and excellent quality work and customer service. I would highly recommend them and have.

I have brought my car into this shop a couple of times, once when my car was pretty much not drivable at all and more recently with a smaller issue that wasn’t as desperate. Both times my car was in and out within the same day, and the issue diagnosed and repaired for a fair price. My car isn’t the easiest to troubleshoot/repair because of poor manufacturing design, so I fully expected labor to be outrageous, but he came back with a fair price both times. This is a small shop that needs to pay their bills as well so allow a little grace with your time and don’t go in expecting to pay anything less than is fair and reasonable, and I guarantee he will treat you right.

I went there for an AC check up on my 2004 GMC Denali. It was diagnosed in an extremely accurate manner and in a timely fashion. they take care of the needs of the customer and the vehicle with the utmost professionalism and zeal. I would recommend them for any of your issues or maintenance to keep your vehicles going. The price was fair and they used quality parts , I have no complaints. Ill be back again and again.

I was told one thing over the phone about hourly services. And told something totally different to another customer. Be both were actually on the phone when talking to the repairman. Then when my friend goes there he is told a higher rate. Bad business.

This is the only place I take my vehicles because they are honest. They tell you what the estimate is and they come either below that or very close to the quote. What a great group of men working together to make our community better and safer and all of this and still be honest entrepreneurs is unheard of yet they still manage to do it.

The hardest thing about Dealing with mechanics, is finding a good one, one that you can trust, one that stands by their work and one that has FAIR pricing. The Pit Box is THAT Mechanic Shop. We have been going to the Pit Box for 3 years since we were fortunate to have been recommended to them. From our classic street rods, our daily drivers to our late model Mercedes… the pit Box has taken care of all of our needs and we have never had to question one time the amount of the bill . They truly put their name on their work both professionally and personally. Every time there has been new parts installed, Brian had saved the old parts and showed me what was wrong with them and why the went bad. Can't say enough positive things about these guys. It's not often that you find yourself happy about spending money on repairs...The Pit Box is the exception.

I stopped by one time and the mechanic offered advice before offering to take a look at my vehicle. This seems like a good practice to me where in most cases you have to pay up front and the advice isnt true to life. I appreciate the honest words and suspect if I had work done there it would be equally honest.
