I cannot write a new review so I'll update my old one. Still amazed at the customer service and friendliness of every person who works here. I enjoy getting my car maintained here and will continue to bring it here the entire time I live in El Paso. They were friendly, efficient, provide great products and explained everything to me while doing it. It made me feel like home finding a place like this. Called a few places to get a routine oil change and tire rotation. Not many places do tire rotations, so they refer me to somewhere else, not here. They were able to provide exactly what I needed. Without an appt I was in and out in about 30 minutes.

Amazing people.we did an oil pan gasket and managed to find that the rear main seal was leaking.Good people to talk to about cars aswell.Very Knowledgeable about cars from a simple oil change to rebuilding the engine 👏👏👏.(This isn't a paid review btw they also have Amazing prices) pic is unrelated but it's my truck they worked on.

Paul and Rene are awesome mechanics. They both have integrity and are honest. Having these qualities is very important to me. Their shop is conveniently located in central El Paso, in between Montana and Yandell along Highway 54 South. You can easily find them with their brightly colored flags. The shop is clean and organized. This tells me they take great pride in their work. They both offer great customer service, have great attitudes, and are very knowledgeable about the vehicles they work on. Paul, Rene, thank you for always taking care of all my vehicles. I appreciate both of you.

As a woman you can feel at peace getting your car serviced here. The mechanics are very polite, honest, and will show you and advise you on what they are doing and replacing. Best experience I have had with mechanical work in El Paso. They where super professional and didn’t attempt to up charge me. Good fast and excellent work. Very approachable and they even gave me a ride to my hotel (experiences may vary). They told me two hours and it was complete in two hours. Great work guys!

Great job I have had oil changes done to three of my vehicles. Great service. Awesome on the timing. Great customer service. I had to push my car two blocks from the shop and they came and help. Had a alternator replacement on a Dodge Charger Had a starter replacement on a Jaguar X Both of the mechanics are very honest Great experience taking my cars to the shop. I would highly recommend this If you need any work on your vehicles (on any vehicle) thank you 🙏

i went in a day ago and they didnt even take the time to check my car i realy need a diagnostic and he refused to check with the computer .. rene was very dismissive

After going in for an oil change, went back for a brake job. for sure I know I'll keep coming back to performance lube to service both of our vehicles. just feel blessed to have finally found technicians like Paul and Rene that I can trust. prices are very reasonable too! the only thing missing was diet sodas in waiting room! ha ha! keep rocking guys! you are appreciated!

Amazing, amazing customer service. Came for an oil change and brake replacements. I wasn't expecting anything more than that. ended saving my car from an expensive trip to the car hospital. I was notified of a leak in my transmission. Only having it a year and from a kia lot, which was the first mistake. I ended up bringing it back to them and well, now it drives like new. Great work.

Quick service, no appointment. Extra services provided for no charge. Would highly recommend in terms of service provided. As well as great customer service and a waiting spot with some free beverages. Will be back for any other issues.

Terrible customer service. I drove to the location and spoke to Rene in person about my vehicle, he told me to wait a few days and call back at the beginning of the new week because they were currently working on other projects. That is not a problem and I was appreciative that he told me there would be a wait. I called back the following week and Pablo answers the phone. He quickly told me that they had just accepted new work, after I had already asked about my own vehicle, and he told me no matter what they would not work on my car. I run a construction company and if I told a client that I would take their job and then a week later told them 'nevermind I'm too busy' I would be out of business pretty quick. Hopefully these guys are better at working on cars than they are at handling a calendar.
