Really like how they work with the customer to see how they can help and fit in to their schedule, which as I witnessed is difficult with other customers dropping in with problems. Checked out the my car's computer codes and didn't charge me. They are very honest and outgoing. Nice job!

The guy here is awesome. He got my van's problem diagnosed, fixed and the whole rest of it checked out in a pretty short time given how busy it was, and he did so without upselling anything or charging for anything that he didn't absolutely have to. I'm definitely taking my vehicles here next time they have problems.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Performance Complete Auto Care for my car repair needs. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and a warm welcome. I'm not entirely sure these guys did the job i paid for. If they did, they didn't do it right. I needed a new alternator. They installed it, and it seemed good for about a day, but i tested it at O'Reilly, and they said the alternator was still bad. The battery dropped to 12.5 while I was driving. I called Scott, who told me to bring the car back on Monday, so i did. When I arrived, Scott told me he didn't know i had an appointment, and i overheard him telling someone else he thought he was already done with my car... even though he was the one who told me to bring it back. He started googling things and watching videos and calling people because he couldn't figure it out. Eventually, he determined that if he just disconnected and reconnected the battery, it would reset the computer system. After that, the same thing happened. A day later, the voltage dropped to 12.3. The next day, I called and didn't leave a voicemail, so the shop called me back. When I returned their call, this time, I left a voicemail ,identifying myself and explaining the situation. After they realized who I was, they didn't return the call...

I have a 2013 Cadillac XTS and not everyone is knowledgeable about how to fix it as I've brought it to several shops that couldn't help me. Performance Complete Auto Care fixed the issues with my car and has helped me maintain it. I've finally found a shop to replace the dealership and their terribly high prices. I'm a happy customer.

This is probably the best shop in town. Glad they moved closer than Rita Ranch. Was referred here by an Uber Driver about 6 months ago who couldn't believe I was taking my car to be repaired across town. I mesh with the 'Beekeeper' attitude of you choose what you work for "the law or justice" especially since the law is broken. I appreciate Scott takes time to talk to me about the process if he has time. I am sure he and his 'easy on the eyes' family have been friends from other lifetimes together. I say very little, life's been hard, but I pay what he asks and I do not complain because he and his group ALWAYS go the extra mile in some way before repairs are completed. This shop has the knowledge of every kind of repair issue. I am deeply grateful and appreciative of the excellent work they do. I beyond highly recommend this shop.

These guys are the best, I came in to get me AC fixed, didnt need an appointment and took me in right away. They troubleshot the problem, fixed the bad o-ring and save me some money!!!!! Definitely recommend 100%....5 stars

Very very helpful, efficient, knowledgeable. My car broke down, I had it towed as soon as they opened and they took care of it the same day. Found me a replacement part from a local junkyard when a new part would’ve taken 3 days, checked my AC system and replaced parts, checked my tires. Explained everything very thoroughly to us. Fixed the parts that the dealership messed up. Much better service than I’ve ever received at a dealer shop

I had requested my vehicle be sent here after getting in an accident because of all the outstanding reviews. My truck was in really bad shape and I understood we'd be looking at a bit of time before I'd get it back. That time was over 6 months and my experience was terrible. I've never dealt with such unprofessional owners before. First, they lost the check from the insurance company and claimed they never received it. That actually happened twice. At one point I called to check on the status of the vehicle and the owner and his wife conference called with me and got into an argument while I was on the line. I called on a separate occasion and was met with "Did I call you with any updates? Then there are none." The lady called me multiple times and told me my truck would be completed that weekend or even the next day. I'd call the day she said it'd be done only to find out it wasn't and there wasn't an ETA either. After over 6 months they called me to pick up my truck. The lighting in the bed was missing, my smart rearview camera was gone, I had mismatching headlights, and the AC wasn't charged and wasn't working. I had my truck for about 2 weeks before more problems ensued. First my truck wouldn't switch into neutral. Then the ac stopped working. Then a hose blew and my truck overheated and completely went into limp mode, I had to be towed again and without my vehicle for 2 weeks. My insurance took my truck to Caliber Collision and I HIGHLY recommend them over this mom and pop shop. They were knowledgeable, transparent, informative, communicative and very pleasant to deal with - all of the pieces of the puzzle this shop was missing. Performance did do a few nice things. They recharged my AC for me and installed my license plate as well as waived a fee. I appreciated that, but it didn't begin to cover months of headache and the complete disrespect from the employees. Mismatching headlights on a brand new truck was incredibly embarrassing.

The engine blew out 2 weeks later after they did an oil change I have no proof but the mechanic and had to change out the engine noticed the oil wasn’t even the right one and I saw it I’ve never seen oil that color red but they had cars all over the place that tells you something and you could see the dust on them they been there for a while

This is the best auto shop in Tucson! Everyone is so kind, their prices are reasonable, and they won’t take advantage of those who don’t know anything about cars. If you’re tired of being ripped off by greedy mechanics, Performance is the place to go!
