Mike and his crew are fantastic. I have an aging BMW that needs extra attention. He is fair and honest and has done an amazing job with my car repairs. He goes above and beyond to make sure it’s done right and is very informative about car care. I highly recommend Perfection Auto Works. I trust Mike so much that I have even consulted with him when I was out of town and needed repairs. When it comes to BMW service he is by far the best.

This is a great place, I brought my 1992 Lexus sc400 in for repairs multiple times and Mike and his crew always do a great job; they’re very on top of things and always take my car quickly every time I have an issue. Thanks Mike

Mike was sent straight from heaven and down to earth to help us out during the most frustrating times, car problems. He worked me into his schedule, gave me an extremely affordable diagnostic for my European car and it all took about only an hour. Mike went above and beyond with my BMW! I called around to several shops around Tucson and every single shop told me that the earliest I could get my car looked at was the following day. Mike was the only one who could do the job same day. He was also one of the lowest prices that I was quoted and did a stellar job.

I am new to Tucson. Perfection Auto Works came through for me in the clutch (lol) during a very stressful period where I was closing on a new house. My 2009 Saab broke down not once but twice in a one week period, once for an alternator and next for a starter. Even though I was a brand new customer, Mike Emery made time to fit me into his schedule knowing that I was new in town and did not have many alternatives for transportation and had a lot on my plate. Repairs were completed promptly. His team also identified other needs and bundled those repairs in and I was back on the road promptly. Thanks to Mike and his team for their professionalism and diligence. I plan to be a long term customer.

Thank you Mike! My Porsche Cayenne S broke down on the freeway outside of Tuscon on a relocation trip from California to So Carolina. Mike was amazing. Handled getting the car moved to him, was a great communicator, HONEST, FAIR PRICING. Could not be happier. Did the needed repair and went threw the car and made excellent modest recommendations for other work needed. I was so fortunate to find his previous reviews. All of this long distance. I never put a foot in the shop. Highly recommend. Wish he was local.

Need tires…you will get recommendations from standard through exotic high performance models expertly matched to your driving requirements, all with a proper alignment service that you will seldom get at the chain tire shops. I noticed a weird smell coming from my old VW beetle and called here. Mike got my car in quickly and explained things clearly. He even offered to talk to my dad on the phone about my car. My car had a comprehensive inspection followed by an overflow tank replacement. I had to bring the car in again due to the overheating alarm coming on and thankfully it was just the coolant sensor pin that was not making contact. I will come back again for my car maintenance and repairs as they are very knowledgeable in VW cars, thorough, responsive, professional, and honest.

I had an older car and slowly mechanics in Tucson started to refuse working on the car. I found Perfection Auto Works and Mike happily took my car and fixed her up! He was incredibly knowledgeable about the car and was very accommodating to me and my mother. He was patient and made sure we were well taken care of. My car now runs great and if I have problems in the future I will be taking her here!

The owner Mike is amazing. He is always there and knows his stuff. His staff is great. They are always going to work hard for him because of how he runs his business and that means they are working hard for you. They are the only shop that I trust to work on my daughter’s classic car because Mike knows exactly what he is doing. I am a single mother giving her daughter her first car and I believe that Mike truly cared about us being able to do that safely and correctly. Thank you!!!

I acquired an older Mercedes from an online auction. It was poorly represented and the radio required replacement. I booked an appointment with Mike at Perfection Auto Works to have it evaluated and while it was there Mike wanted to have a thorough look at it to see if anything else required attention. On inspection he noted the brakes were down to only 5% to 3% of the original pad thickness and required new pads. Additionally the car required cleaning of the breathers and new breather hoses. Work was all completed efficiently and expertly. I have dealt with mechanical maintenance and repair facilities for the better part of 4 decades. This was one of the most satisfying experiences I have had in all those years. I left feeling as if my car had indeed been thoroughly inspected and appropriate recommendations were made. There was no pressure to complete anything but all recommendations were carefully explained (and at my request, completed). If you are looking for a place that wants your car to be at it's best and you have a car that they service, in my opinion you would be making a mistake taking it anywhere else. Efficient, effective, competent service is sadly not available everywhere, but it is available at Perfection Auto Works. Thanks Mike and crew!

I gave Mike at Perfection Auto Works 5 stars only because I couldn't give him TEN! This is perhaps one of the most professional independent auto shops I have ever encountered. I recently bought a 25-year-old/1 owner Porsche 911 (996). Being that old, I wanted to be sure we did a lot of preventative maintenance, so Mike came up with a great plan to get this done. He and his crew took great care to ensure they did 100% of what was needed and 0% of what was NOT needed. The end result is that I now have a car I love, and have the confidence that it will perform well for another 25 years. His rates were reasonable, and the work was first-rate. He charged a fraction of what it would have cost at the Porsche dealer.... if they would even agree to undertake this sort of task. Thanks, Mike!

I took my 2008 aston martin in for a service. They checked out the hole car top to bottom. Did oil and filter change,reset the service message. When I picked up my car I was very surprised how reasonable the bill was. I know that if I would have took my car to aston martin dealer it would have cost much more Great job good service and friendly.

I took my Chevy Cruz to Mike and his team. They treated my car with the care and attention it needed. I believe Mike when he tells me what is wrong with my vehicle. Perfection Auto is located right in my neighborhood. I highly recommend anyone who wants a great shop to take your vehicle to Mike and his mechanic team. Perfection Auto Works for me!

We took our 2003 Subaru to Mike after I bought it and the check engine light came on within 150 miles. Of course, could not pass emissions until this was taken care of. Mike fixed the car, but warned us not to panic if the light comes back on -to simply let him know and he'd take care of it. Sadly, within a few miles of leaving the shop the check engine light came on again. Ugh. We called Mike and he was great - he said to bring it right back, and he took care of it within a day. He had to replace another part on it, but he stood by his word and did not charge any extra! Mike is one of a kind, knows his business and stands by his work, which is worth every penny in my book! Forgot to add - he also fixed our broken key fob and made a new spare key for us, no charge!

Women…beware!! Just a bunch of scammers trying to get the most out of you. Make sure you bring someone who has a bunch of knowledge because they will charge you for anything and everything while doing nothing. They are awful communicators and won’t ever update you, they will literally hold your car hostage. They are extremely rude when you try to communicate with them.

One of the best mechanic shops I've been to. Mike is straight to the point about everything telling you exactly what you must repair on your vehicle, what you should repair on your vehicle, and what is not worth bothering with. When it did come time to get rid of my old beater car, Mike didn't try to talk me into repairing it and suggested good alternative cars for me to get based on his personal experience. Definitely will continue to bring my vehicles here.
