Called all over and nobody had an opening for days. I called perfect timing and they had an immediate opening to bring my 2 cars in for oil changes and got them done quickly and had great customer service. The guys at the shop were great and Donnell showed up and I talked to him for awhile and he's a great dude that really cares about the community and giving them great service. Not your normal shop that only cares about getting your money. Would highly recommend.

I have been to both the Duluth and superior locations of perfect timing and both are very good. The service is professional and kind and the owners are very knowledgeable and good at explaining things. As a young woman you can worry about getting cheated or up charged when it comes to mechanics, but I have never worried about that here.

I was here about a year ago and had great service and this time 9-14-23 well 2 hours later I’m still sitting here and all they had to do was put on 2 tires. And I was going to get an standard oil change ummm$80 I don’t think so, so needless to say I won’t be back

Thank you everyone at perfect timing. Hit a pot hole just right and blew a tire before camping. Each employee was attentive, timely, and professional. Getting my tire sent from another store, repaired, mounted, and back on the road in 50 minutes. Every where else booked next two days. Thanks again, saved the day.

Yesterday afternoon we were on our way back from Canada towing a boat with our truck when our front brake calipers locked up coming down the hill in Duluth. We pulled into the closest repair shop once we noticed we had an issue which happened to be Perfect Timing. We were greeted by Donnell Jr as we walked in the door. We explained the situation and he said they would determine exactly what was wrong and give us a quote. Donnell Jr was very knowledgeable about the issue,calming and friendly to us. He guided us to the back to park our boat and he drove the truck into the repair garage. We had a quote within 1/2 hour and authorized the work. They were extremely busy yet said they would get us back on the road that evening. They started the work about 3:30 on a Friday afternoon and indicated it would take 3-4 hours to get parts and install them. I noticed the shop closed at 5 pm and asked Nancy how they would get the repair done. She replied they would work after normal business hours to get us back on the road again. We decided to grab a bite to eat and Nancy said she would call us in a few hours with an update on progress. As promised, Nancy called after a few hours and said the repair would be done in about 1/2 hour. She also offered to pick us up at the restaurant we were at and drive us back to the shop. At about 6:20 Chris (the mechanic), Donnell Jr and Nancy were all in the office area as we paid the bill giving us information on the repair and making certain we would check the lug torque after 50 miles on the road from a safety perspective. Darius also worked on this repair after hours to get us on the road. I fully expected to be in Duluth a few days to get this repair done and Perfect Timing got us on the road in about 3 1/2 hours from the time we drove into their lot to the time the repair was done. Their customer service was exceptional. I wish there was a Perfect Timing Auto Repair Shop in our area as that would be where I would go for all my auto repair needs. Awesome job Perfect Timing team and thank you for making a stressful experience a pleasant experience!

Great for if in a pinch. Twice now they've helped me with tire issues. At least this time it wasn't a wrong size tire, this time only needed a plug. First one I didn't notice until looking at paperwork. But for this time in, they did the job quickly and was able to get back to work after picking up a screw somewhere. Grateful for them on this trip as I needed to work.

I got a flat tire late Friday night and needed to drive back home Saturday. When I called other shops in Duluth they made excuses and said I was out of luck or that I would have to drive over and if I were lucky I would be able to get in. Perfect Timing on the other hand got me in right away and had my new tire on within half an hour of calling on a Saturday morning. I cannot recommend them highly enough! The owner is very prompt and the service crew are all friendly and helpful.

Perfect Timing rotated tires, changed oil and ran diagnostic tests to try and fix an issue we've been having with our Venue. I was extremely pleased by the thorough work, the explanation of work, the efficient paperwork and the reasonable price. We are glad to have Perfect Timing in our Superior neighborhood. We stopped here because our car was fish tailing and we wanted to make sure everything was okay before we made the three hour drive to the cities in the snow storm. They were able to get our car in right away. The front desk person was incredibly welcoming and made sure we were comfortable in the new waiting room. The owner of the shop was also super helpful and made sure to put our minds at ease by walking through each piece of the diagnostics. Would go here again 10/10.

Had an issue with a tire at 1pm on a Saturday. They fixed it for us in short order and were very helpful. We were able to drive back to the twin cities knowing we our tire was ok!
