Did some good work for my uncles car and simple maintenance on my vehicle but recommend when working with them get the cost of repair/diag in writing before agreeing to stated invoice over the phone. Still have not received a call from the owner about a invoice issue but who knows if they’ll ever call.

If I could rate them lower I would. Was told they would pick car up yesterday. By noon today was not picked up. Told today it might be Monday. The absolute worst just do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs

Peralta’s Auto has been working on my vehicles and my friends and family that I’ve referred. We have all been happy with the services and pricing. They are truly your one stop shop. And by the way, his brother is right next-door and does bodywork. And does phenomenal work as well. ❤️

Horrible experience. Took them over a month to fix my car. They ordered the wrong part which delayed it longer. Everyday I would call I would be told they will be working on it the next day. They tossed out my battery which I specifically said to keep so I can utilize my warranty at Auto Zone. Instead they put in their own battery without me agreeing to pay for a new one but I still had to pay for it. Finally when my car was "completed", I picked it up and the viper alarm no longer worked at all. The dash of my car is damaged because of their careless work. Save yourself the aggravation.

If I could give a zero rating I would ive delt with these jerk offs two times already. 1st time they had my car for 2days an I was chasing them 2get a update after I had a 8am appt an they didn't even get to my car the 1st day. This time I called Friday to make a appt they said 8am on Tuesday cool took my car 4a diagnostic she said they could do it but would need it 4half the day ok cool no problem. I call at 3pm just to see whats goin on since I haven't heard from them to have her tell me oh I dnt think we will get 2it today so I was like so when were you goin2 call me an tell me that when you close in 2hrs. I was like im just goin2 to get my car an snotty she said thats fine you can come get it like Biochhh thats my car damn right imma pick it up. Most unprofessional mechanic shop I have ever delt with I would never recommend this place to any1 you guys suck

I know for me this is high. 3 weeks but no charge. They need to cut loose areas they don't have. Car repair some things are Really complicated and do not blame them but was able to take it to another place and 24 hours car fixed. I try to put faith in people who are dealing with my wheels. Their customer service is below standard.

'Check Engine' code was supposedly fixed, yet 2 weeks later, the same code pops up. Took over three weeks to get a repair estimate, which I had to call repeatedly to get. Not sure I trust the work they say needs to be done...the first 'fix' was pretty expensive and this estimate is, of course, much more. They cleared the code when they checked it out...if the light comes on again, I'll be going elsewhere to have the prior fix checked out and see how the new recommendation compares.

I had the most horrible experience first they tore down the engine an Diagnosed it wrong they were trying to charge me 1200 first time then I called an they said 700 then I called again and it went down to 538.00 my boyfriend an I went down there an the girl in front wasn’t there so the owner tried to charge 638.00 then I called her an she told me 538.00 then later on textes me an says 636 then I began to tell her I reordered it an she told me 536.00 so then she apologized an said oh I gave yu the wrong price they did nothing to my truck they didn’t touch my motor all they did was remove the oil pan an oil an that was it an they are trying to charge me 538.00 I called other auto shops and they said that is ridiculous it shouldn’t be that much no more then 100 mind you this auto shop didn’t do anything to my vehicle but tow an remove the oil an oil pan and they want to charge me to install parts that I never authorized there are taking advantage of people who don’t know much about cars an they up charge all insurances triple or quadruple compared to what other shop would charge yu to fix your vehicle they didn’t add no fluids to my truck what so ever they charged me for these 3 things they didn’t do I know how to check oil an there is no oil they are trying to lie an an get money out of me that I shouldn’t have to be paying

Went in telling them the issue and what I wanted done. They recommended that the issue was other things and went with their recommendation. Didn't fix the problem cost me over $2000. The issue ended up being what I asked for and they never would fix it.

Shop owner was awesome!!! Took my vehicle for a test drive and did a diagnostic check with no appointment. Uses the most up to date scanner/testers. Taking my vehicle back this Friday to be worked on. I would highly recommend this shop!
