I really appreciate this Pep Boys on 22nd and kolb. I was greeted as I walked into the door and I was treated like a five-star customer. They took care of checking my brakes and they're honesty made me feel very comfortable. I have been to this Pep Boys before and always got excellent service. I am very pleased to come to this Pep Boys and I will always come here for the fact that I appreciate working with competent people.

Front desk was rude and dismissive. Had to reschedule appointment due to an employee not showing up. I asked for the 30k service over the phone, associate said he didn't know what that was. I rattled off a few services then the associate added on and i said yes. I asked about checking the belts on the car and the tire rotation. Associate said that's part of the free inspection. I was quoted a price for the service and I agreed. Had to reschedule appointment due to a call out. Not the worst but definitely inconvenient. Dropped car off I was called 2 times for an upsell. Annoying but that's just what they do. The last call was for an transmission flush upsell. I said I thought that was included in the 30k service. That was my understanding. He says I only have 2 services listed and the inspection. Frustrated for not being clear I declined. Went to get my car didn't get any information on the inspection except we didn't rotate the tires because the tread on the back tire was more than the front.... the tread for both are the same length but it's fine. Didn't get info on the belt inspection or any other information. Pretty bad experience and I can guarantee I will never do any business with Pep Boys again.

I took my vehicle in for the rear brakes to be replaced with rotor resurfacing and a brake fluid flush. I had a coupon for $50 off service, so I thought I’d try Pep Boys. The only thing I could remotely say was negative was it took a long time (a little over two hours), but the lounge was comfortable so it wasn’t too bad waiting. I could definitely feel an improvement afterwards too. I’d use them again in the future.

Pablo, an assistant manager declined service for an emergency job 40 minutes before closing, buddies car broke down with a flat at a gas station. Lucky for him he already had a wheel and new tire ready to go for it. Unlucky for him, Pablo did not want to take in a single wheel and tire (off the car already) which is a 20 minute job max because they have the rest of the day “booked”. As I drove by pep boys, there was no more than one car in the bay. Lack of work ethic and unwillingness to help an individual in his time of need. Will never rely on pep boys for help again

So, the story goes like this. New Year day, no one was open, but lo and behold Pep Boys were there . Pulled in with a flat tire. The spare tire wouldn’t drop down . Last company that put it back in place stripped the device. But Pep Boys did all they could and the following day I was back on the road. Thank you Pablo and crew for going the extra mile.

Wonderful service. This was 5 star from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. Pablo was amazing and kept me informed the whole time and I was privileged to be able to thank the mechanic that worked so hard to rebuild my entire brake system on my 4x4. Thank you to everyone involved.

Scheduled an appointment for an alignment. Showed up 12 minutes early, the guys in the shop got the truck on the alignment machine and prepped it for the guy to come do the alignment but that guy left and they don’t know where or when he is coming back. Truck in sitting with the ignition on, on the lift for the last 45 minutes doing nothing. Never coming back here again.

First and last time to be using Pep Boys, booked an appointment a week or more in advance. When I arrived the person they needed to do the work wasn't scheduled for the day. I asked well what are we going to do about the inconvenient. The worker shrugged and said what inconvenience. I never have tried out Pep Boys for work before usually I go to other auto repairs companies but well I guess it was worth a shot to know to avoid.

Fantastic service. They weren't able to detect the issue I was experiencing, but understandable since I have an EV and troubleshooting equipment is limited. They didn't charge me a dime after spending 2 hours on troubleshooting and recharging my refrigerant system. But it definitely helped me get to the bottom of the issue. Thanks again!

Had bought tires here before, tires did not reach manufactures mileage warranty, so I went back to Pepboys to see what they could do. I got some mileage adjustments and purchased four new tires. Drove the car one day and discovered that I didn't like my purchase, the tires were noisy and rough riding. I called and they offered to swap to another brand of tire and only paid small difference in price of better tire. I received great customer service from all whom I had contact with.

These guys are always awesome when I need work done. Highly recommend them especially if you have a Toyota and you'd rather not spend a fortune going to the dealership for service.

Customer service was exceptional! I was over 30minutes early for my appointment, was told I may have to wait till my appointment time, that there was a car before me, and I was fine with waiting. Oil change and inspection completed before appointment time!? Wonderful experience! I'll definitely be back.

The speedway store put the wrong fuel pump in my car and then had to send it here to be fixed. Well this one has had it over a month and they “keep being sent the wrong parts” basically just not fixing my car. Terrible communication. Who knows when or if they will ever give my car back.
