I brought my car in for service. It was the most worst experience ever. I have always used Pep Boys for my cars, from a location in Illinois and even in Las Vegas. All I can say was worst customer service. I dropped my car off. Asked James the guy at the counter "how much for tire rotation and balance" his response $17.99 with 90 day warranty. I then get the estimate in what repairs are needed, told I need a new battery it's a 0 cold cranking amps, well I'm not idiot if it's a zero, my car wouldn't start at all. My tire rotation and balance is done, James failed to state "$17.99 per tire" when asked to speak to a manager, James was extremely rude stated i said $17.99 per tire" "I will not contact my manager" things got heated between him and my husband as we are the customer asked for a manager to speak with and was flat out told rudley "NO" okay fine I'll pay my bill but that's not what he originally said when I asked the cost. We'll my car is still starting no issues even at 0 cca per their inspection, you can even tell they didnt even check my battery, zero fingerprints in the battery covere no scratches from hooking up the clamps to check the battery. They did not check the air pressure in my tires all 4 tires had different psi in each tire, my tps sensors were not reprogrammed after the rotation so no clue which tire was what tire when I had to go add air to one which was extremely low. For all the business I have ever given Pep Boys, they have now lost a customer.

Amazing customer provided by all staff. Charlene & James specifically went out of their way to help solve my problem. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Not Kool when we have a appointment for a certain time at 2pm just for an oil change and then we didn't get out car back till 6:40pm we had things to do today. If it was going to take that long we would have just gone somewhere else.

They DONT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK OR THEIR PRODUCTS. After 20000 miles pads needed to be replaced again. They want to charge me for it. Don’t go here bad products. They don’t care about you. Go somewhere else.

Essentially took advantage of us by performing a service that was not consented to, then billed us for the $500+ and then when it was revealed this service actually did not fix the issue on the next day, offered to do the same thing for another $500+? Even mechanics at other PepBoys locations suggested what occurred was malpractice as did other shops in town. Maybe we caught them in a bad month or year or something, but if you have options, maybe this one should be low on your list.

very nice, it couldn't be a better day, delivered $2,500, paid today and I still don't have fixed oil from my engine leak can't believe....that I need more money to pay for that. Honestly I think they overcharged me..

I stopped into this location on my way to get a quick inspection and tire rotation. Brandon immediately took care of my Audi, I was in and out within 20 minutes. Very respectful, efficient and customer oriented. Thank you Brandon and Team 🙏

Price for an oil change went up $20.00 in only 6 months. AN OIL CHANGE ?? Ridiculous ! And the guy at the counter wasn't even the least bit friendly about it... I'll find another place :-(

After Jiffy Lube on Speedway turned me down for a lube job claiming my car is too old (it's a 1977 Ford), I drove down the road to Pep Boys to see if they could do it. Here's how it went with the guy at the counter: Me: Hi, I'm wondering if you guys can do a lube job on my car. Counter Guy: Yeah, we can do an oil change. Me: No, I need a "lube job." You know, on my chassis. CG: You mean, like ... we would lubricate your chassis? Me: Yeah exactly. CG: No, we wouldn't do that except as a specialty. Me: What do you mean? CG: Well, like if it's part of a repair of something else. Me: Um, okay, bye. I mean, this guy is working at an auto repair shop and I have to explain what a lube job is? And they only do that if they're repairing a different problem? (Which means they CAN do a lube job, but they won't) Seriously? Pep Boys has really tanked since their retail store days. I'll probably go to them for tire replacement in the future, but c'mon Manny, Moe & Jack, at least hire people who know a little something about auto repair to run your counter.

Do not trust them! They lied to me about my tire being unrepairable and sold me a $150 tire I took the old tire to be repaired some where else and then would not let me return the new tire

Pep Boys is the best place to get a Rideshare Inspection done! I conveniently booked my appointment online for the very next day. My inspector, G. Esparza, informed me that the inspection would take about 20 minutes and he had me out of there in 15! Friendly employees, quick services and overall wonderful and effortless customer experience. I will be using Pep Boys for my future auto maintenance! Thank you Pep Boys!

These guys are fast and thorough. They went through and inspected everything my car needed (it's 14 yrs old). All I came in for was brakes. They gave me an itemized quote so I can break down the repairs to fit my budget. Thanks guys I'll be back.

We brought our vehicle with a list of repairs. The repairs were done, the windshield was cracked when we got the vehicle back. The next day, the vehicle idled rough when at lights. The next day the check engine light is on and I smell exhaust. What the actual ..... I am just so annoyed, I just can't. After dropping thousands of dollars to have it fixed.

Went in for rideshare inspection. It was fast, they were friendly, and it was free. Yay me! I paid an amount last year so I was happy. Guy I talked to said it depends on who I talked with. Pep Boys for the win!
