I recently needed tires due to a flat. I have a Fiat so the tires needed to be ordered. Adalberto was adamant that my car would be ready for me to make it to work, and I did. He was extremely courteous when speaking to my mom answering her questions. I honestly have to say I believe this is the best service I've ever had at any kind of auto repair shop. I highly recommend them. Thanks again for your patience and courteous manner.

I have been going to pep boys on gunn hwy for years when I had my yaris. I upgraded to a newer car and thought I'd go ahead and service it at the dealership instead. That was a mistake!! I did that twice and learned my lesson. Pep boys on gunn hwy are always polite, fair, dependable and don't take 3 hours for an oil change. I won't go anywhere else.

I haven't been to a Pep Boys in decades because most of my work is warranty and they never seemed to have the specific tires I wanted. But I'm sick of the horrible service, lousy communication, high prices, and shoddy work from all the tire chains (you know the ones with the bright yellow or green signs) in the area. I needed to find a tire leak to file a claim with my road hazard protection. Knowing I just needed to find the leak, they took a look and found it immediately, and didn't charge me a thing. I ordered the replacement tire (they didn't stock it) and took it back for installation. They were fast, courteous and inexpensive, and I left feeling like I could trust them with all of my minor service needs. If you haven't been to Pep Boys since your dad took you there to get a tire patched 40 years ago, check these guys out.

This is the first time I’ve been to Pep Boys in many years, and I’m truly impressed by the honesty this location provided to our family. These guys are not punctual at all in their work. I had an appointment for 1pm, but after waiting for an 1 hour I still did not receive the service, I had to leave. They don't value your time

My headlight burned out just as I was about to drive across town at night. I came in to Pep Boys as they were about to close and Michael plus Darrien still took the time to help me. Major kudos for helping me out when I was in a pinch.

I went and got my car serviced about six months ago. The problem was not fixed. I went back into the shop a handful of times to get my service completed that I paid for. After wasting a bunch of my time, The manager, Alberto promised that he would get it taken care of, and never made good on that promise. I returned the merchandise that was supposed to fix my problem and was told that A refund would be issued. I was told a refund would be issued two months ago and I still do not have the money back for the terrible services that were performed. Six months is much too long for a refund and I am very very unhappy. I got robbed by Pep Boys on gun Highway For $600. I have a five month old son and a family. I’m trying to take care of. I will be looking into Taking legal action on this matter. If anyone is reading this review that has been taken advantage of by this company please respond to this review. There may be many other others and a class action lawsuit may either way to handle this terrible company.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, Adalberto was very helpful and informative. He even helped me save some money by letting me know my tires were good and did not need to be rotated. He also gave me information on how much a tune up would be, and new deals on tires. I will definitely continue choosing this PepBoys.

If I could give this company zero star rating I would. I went in to this terrible store in April 2024 for a tire rotation and a Tire Pressure Sensor light that was on in my BMW. I waited 6 hours for the simple job to be completed, while my wife (who was 8 months pregnant at the time) was expecting me to only be gone for about 2 hours tops. After 2 hours I checked in with Alberto (the store manager) to see how long it would be. He tells me they’re having some trouble, and that I should wait a little longer. I called my wife and she insisted on coming to get me, and to just wait at home while the work is done. After she came and picked me up I waited 4 hours for the call, and it never came. So I decided to call pep boys back, and they let me know they were about to finish it up and that it would be done when I got there. Upon picking my car up and driving back home, the TPSM light (tire pressure sensor light) came back on! So I waited for Pep boys to open again the next morning and gave a call back and told Alberto the issue. He asked me to bring the car back to be recalibrated. So I brought the car back later in the afternoon. My pregnant wife again left her work station, came to pick me up. After a 3 hour wait, they said it was fixed and the car was ready to be picked up. Upon picking the car up for the second time, it seemed to be fixed. But after driving for about a mile, the light came back on. I went through this process two more times and the PROBLEM WAS NEVER FIXED! After my son was born, and some time finally freed up I went back into the shop to demand a refund. Alberto called the corporate office and told me the only way to be refunded was to go get the tire pressure sensors taken off the car, or that they could do it and leave me with none. So I had to wait until I could afford to replace all tires, order new tire pressure sensors from Amazon, and get them put on, until I could remove them. And that’s exactly what I did. After getting the tires and having the garage installed the new tire pressure sensors, I then used a cheap tool that I ordered from Amazon as well to calibrate the new tire pressure sensors myself. AND IT WORKED ! First try, I didn’t have to do it four times to get it to work. I brought back the junk Pep Boys sensors and Alberto and I came to an agreement that I’d get reimbursed for everything that was spent on the tire pressure sensors. He said they couldn’t refund the card I payed with, that they’d have to send a paper check through the mail, and that it would take 7-10 days for it to get to me. Well today is October 15, 2024 and that was 21 days ago. I still never received a check. HEY PEP BOYS, DOES IT FEEL GOOD ROBBING A NEW FATHER AND HUSBAND OF NOT ONLY $590.00 IN A TIME OF STRUGGLE. BUT ALSO ROBBING THE SAME FATHER AND FAMILY OF TIME? NOT TO MENTION THE FUEL GETTING BACK TO YOUR ESTABLISHMENT WHICH IS 45 MINUTES AWAY?! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE THE WHOLE TEAM IS HIGHLY INCOMPETENT!

This Pep boys location took care of me. Even though I was getting something taken care of that was under warranty they still made me feel like a valued customer. Very grateful for this team.
