Walked in at 8:30 when there was no one else here to get my brakes fixed. They said it would take one hour, sitting here 3 and a half hours later just to find out they haven’t even started on my car. Apparently they were waiting for a part to get delivered and never told me. Only found out because we walked to the other side of the building and saw no body working on my car. Absolutely ridiculous considering I was never informed, am still waiting, and had an appointment.

Very busy place, Front end aligned and all tires balanced. They replaced a defective tire but put on a defective valve stem with their new tire. This vale stem broke off in Colorado springs 1900 miles later that month. We went to another Pep Boys at 7625 N. Academy Blvd Colorado springs, that first denied the tire was their brand, then after viewing the Pep Boys receipt I had, told me that it was the other Pep boys mistake and not their problem. No warranty.

They scammed me. They said I needed a new alternator so I trusted them and went through with it. My car broke down several months later. I had it towed back to them and they said I need a new alternator (forgetting they already did this before) so I requested my warranty. At first they agreed that I am covered, then after they gave me a new one they said I do not qualify for a new one. They charged me another thousand dollars! These guys take advantage of women!

Management and personal are very understanding and professional. They understood the problem I had with the poor job done to my vehicle from another location and they did everything and beyond in fixing my problem with no issues.

Better than expected. I usually don't go to big chain mechanic shops. But they did a great job with my alignment on two vehicles. And when one still has issues after an alignment, they had a knowledge and experienced mechanic that identified the issue in a quick test drive with me. The type of service you'd expect from a small family run mechanic shop, not a big chain. Honestly impressed and feel like I can trust them. Exceeded my expectations.

I always get the most prompt service, communication and pleasant experience at Pep Boys on FL avenue! I always get my tires from this location as they are a fraction of the cost compared to the BMW dealership. Steve has helped me on numerous occasions and communicates with me when my tires come in and makes sure I am in and out. It’s honest service with a smile, I’m not getting ripped off and even get great recommendations for my car. I love working with them!

Reliable. They are efficient and seem to stand behind their warranty, unlike other tire vendors who fight us when their tires go bad too quickly. Went back for service. My truck was still vibrating at higher speeds. It was a bad tire one of two we purchased from Tire Kingdom last year. Go figure both tires have since been replaced. One only lasted 9 months. This particular Pep boys really seems to care.

Either they're incompetent or scam artists. Bought tires and paid for mount and balance. They didn't balance the tires at all!! Tires still have old weights on them and no new weights. You really expect me to believe that they put on new tires and they were perfectly balanced. Tires were infkated to all different PSI. Im talking about a 10PSI difference not just 1 or 2. They took 2.5 hours to put on tires. "Mechanic" hit the lift with my door, was very obvious he didn't have a clue what he was doing.

They replaced my tire with a brand new one for a little over a 💯 dollars at the lexus dealership it would have costs over 300.00 dollars and they gave me a free over all inspection they are the best and most reasonable and the employee at the desk was perfect I can't say enough good things about him absolutely 10 star's !!!

Went here to just get a basic oil change what's the price was outrageous but they were open on Sunday so I went there when I got my car they did not top the fluids off like they were supposed to I paid the money for the oil change service which I did not get the full service like was told to me Just told to me they do the oil change and they top off the fluids and they check things on the vehicle which I doubt that that was even dying they did the oil change but nothing else piss or job this is not the first time I had that issues with this store several years ago I had them do a brake job and they screwed that up but I thought I would give him a chance just to do something simple it turns out they can't even do that.

Pep boys has always treated me well. Being a widow I've always been wary of car service places tending to take advantage of a woman alone seeking care for her car....but not with Pep boys! They searched their tire types for the best price tires with the longest milage wear for the price I wanted to pay and then installed the two tires I needed as well as rotating and balancing those new tires, plus sold me a good one year warranty against problems with those new tires! I'm very satisfied with the price and service I received!

I was able to schedule same-day on a Friday for the Fl Ave location and get the entire roster of maintenance done: fluid flushes, tune up, tire rotation, oil change, etc. in 3.5 hours. It's in walking distance of The Cuban Sandwich Shop, too, so bonus! The services were cheaper than two other places I'd called, as well.

My friend and I went in to pepe boys she was getting a few things fixed one of which was getting her driver side window back in trac well it would not go down .so upon tightening the screws and he must have put to much pressure the window shattered.At first we felt bad for the tech you can tell he was upset .So we just needed the window replaced now we live in Tampa so I know there are numerous window shops here .now the gm tells us it will be Tuesday 7/30 this happened on saturday7/27 so I will go three days so window they tried putting a bag over it not to safe but Tuesday cam and went no call so today I called 7/31guess what no window now he is hopeing to find one tomorrow the thing is how many days is this going to take she already is missing work over this not to munchin she is ruining the inside of her car with a trash bag that dont worm so the storms every afternoon is attracting bugs this sucks i am waiting on corp now

Steve the Manager & Christian- Auto Tech had was so helpful in my time of need in a pressed situation. There resolution was impressive and the the fix was speedy done just before the Tropical storm was coming and I was able to get to Sarasota on time. This was at your Florida Ave location in Tampa.
