NEVER GO HERE. Go to the Venice location. This one screwed me over. There was a whole bolt/screw missing on a caliper that was under warranty, so thank god the Venice location would fix it for free. Because as a consequence of this, other parts were damaged that would have totaled up to 1200 had my original repairs not been under warranty (only 100 miles under warranty, so I was almost in trouble). I was warned against ever coming here again and I believe it. They are understaffed and undertrained apparently.

Do not go to this shop at all! The technicians are inexperienced, and the service is extremely poor. I took my Ford Fusion to have the brakes replaced, but they installed them incorrectly and were unable to reprogram the car. They told me the issue was with the ABS module and that I needed to pay $1,200 to fix it. I then took my car to another mechanic, who informed me that they had installed the brakes incorrectly and even broke the caliper. He fixed everything in less than 15 minutes.

Not the place to come. They don’t open on time. They are rude. The service is not done correctly when you take your vehicle back to get fixed, they don’t fix it.

Awesome staffs and great service, price is fair. I got a nail in my tire Tesla Model X and they are the only tire shop showing great help and very friendly. For me a new tire the next day which is awesome. Truly appreciated them, all staffs are super nice and friendly. You truly can feel it that they treat their customer right 😊🙏

Today we went with a flat tire on our rental car to this place to get it fixed. The Manager Christie was fab! We were in a hurry as we wanted to travel on. So she and her team did everything possible and we were all set shorty afterwards. Thank you so much, you are the best!

Had 7 tires installed last week on a dually ford including spare, mechanic didn’t align rear rims and inner valve stems blocked, their machine damaged my aluminum chrome rims both outer rims putting gashes around the rims inside areas and no protection ring used when using impacts and damaging areas on lug areas. Upon advising manager the mechanic came out and got up in altercation and had to leave area in front of shop. Have reached out via email, phone calls to corporate and only get told escalate your call up and someone will call you back! This has went on now a week and not one return call from Area manager Jean Pierre nor from anyone at corporate level. The tech that did correct the rim alignment next day even told manager damaged and how it happened! So BEWARE, if you have expenses ve rim or just regular rims BEWARE !! No one will respond especially from Corporate level and even more so this area Manager. My last call to corporate to resolve this today and Friday I will escalate my way and handle since they will not!

I highly recommend this location for oil changes, tire services, and general maintenance. The technicians do amazing work, and Christi at the front counter is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I’ll definitely be giving them all my future business.

I went in for a brake check and new brakes, but was told it would cost $800 due to their 'policy.' I decided to come back the next day. When I got my car back, it was making a loud noise from the front passenger tire ( it wasn’t making any types of sounds when handed it to them) . When I asked about it, they just shrugged and laughed. I requested to speak to a manager but was told to come back the next morning because 'she’s not here and doesn’t want to talk about it right now.' They said it was my belt, but I knew it wasn’t—it was the tire, just as I suspected. Their solution was to pour oil on the belt, claiming it was dry, but they actually poured oil all over the inside of the left tire, which did nothing. Overall, it was the worst service experience I’ve ever had.

Check in and out was easy. Quality of work was questionable. Brakes still grate after work was done. No big deal, the work is guaranteed... Well, I called the store within 15 minutes of leaving the establishment ànd went to voicemail. I explained the situation and waited for a return call... Yup, over 4 days later and still no call back received. People are friendly but quality work and follow-up when there are issues are non-negotiable musts!!! So far, this store has failed miserably. ...I'm holding out hope for a positive resolution.

Friendly effcient and helpful. Also, while I was there the woman running the desk expertly managed an unreasonable overly demanding customer calmly, communicating available options clearly while the customer was being pretty obnoxious.

Very knowledgeable staff, didn't try to up sell, anytime I get an oil change, everyone says you need an air filter, even after I just changed it, they didn't try and sell me one, even though I thought I might've needed it. Great staff, honest too.

I contact Pep Boys, Sarasota as I had a screw in my hire care tyre. From the moment I called the they were courteous, efficient and professional. The Manager, Miss Saja, dealt with SIXT on my behalf, the tyre was ordered and fitted the next day. Without this help I would have had to travel to Tampa to swap the car. If you have a car / tyre issue I would not hesitate to use this branch, thanks for your help.
