I help pay these guys salary lol I love them dearly, Alfredo, Tony, and Lock, I have been going to Pep Boys over 20 years so they have been my only mechanics (Lock has been my Mechanic he is very good) he is the only person I had faith in repairing my vehicles I usually request for him, or not let anyone else work on my car but him I give them five stars if I could give them 10 stars I would give them a 10 star they are awesome and Professional, For serious repairs, ask for LOCK you want Regret it, Thank You Guys ❤️ Shirley Johnson Anderson

I had ordered a set of tires during Black Friday and got a great deal. When I called to schedule the install, there was a mix-up with the tire sizing on the day of the appointment. The initial tire check team was not willing to resolve the issue and requested that I re-order the tires at the regular price. I asked to speak to Alfredo, the manager, and after discussing the situation with him, he honored the initial pricing and had my tires installed within a few hours. Alfredo really stepped up and provided excellent service. You will continue to get my business, as well as my family's. Thank you, Alfredo.

Me encantó la atención del personal, apesar que siempre está lleno, pero son muy profesionales y te van indicando el estado de la inspección y el proceso de espera es más empatico lo que hace tu visita mucho más amena, solo lleve un carro para cambio de aceite y alineación pero ahora llevo 3 carros y les hago todo el mantenimiento. Es mejor que otros lugares por ejemplo, cambio de llantas y haces de una vez alineación y balanceo, todo de una vez y mucho más económico, también con garantía, a propósito hoy voy a llevar otro carro porque me gusto mucho el servicio y el precio es muy accesible, siempre me han hecho un descuento. Super recomendado!!!

The team at Pep Boys always do the best job pop is the best job possible. I was advised of things that needed to be done on my vehicle as well as just going in and having tires put on. Tony was very knowledgeable if it wasn't for Tony I probably would have just bought 2 tires and walked out but with his knowledge and experience convinced me that I needed to do the right thing. After $600 dollars to replace some tires, and they cut my brakes. Yes that sounds ridiculous, but not as much as when they told me it was not their problem. I came in to get a couple tires replaced on a Sunday, as few other shops were open and I was desperate. I should have just waited till Monday for a better business. Everything seemed above board during my initial interaction and pickup, until I went to inspect my vehicle. I was greeted by new alerts from my car for tires not rotated per request (but still charged) tire pressure sensors not connected properly after tire replacement, and a BRAKE FLUID LOW warning. This was alarming as I did not ask for any service to be done on my brakes. Lo and behold, when I went to shift my car into reverse with the brakes fully depressed the brakes were completely non-functional. They were going to let me drive off the lot with completely useless brakes, caused by their poor service. After leaving my commuter vehicle at the business for even more time, they had the gall to claim it was due previous service. As the issue only spontaneously appeared between dropoff and pickup, this was a clear attempt to tell me to buzz off with an undriveable vehicle, due to their inability to accept fault for negligence. They don't care that they will cause you problems. They don't care that you need your car to get to work. They don't care AT ALL once they have your money. Long story short, don't use this location for ANY maintenance. They will make mistakes, put your vehicle and your safety in danger, and then try to blame you for it.

Terrible customer service. Visited multiple times for tire rotation and inspection (from a service plan). Some times, the wait was many hours, some times, turned down because of a holiday at service plan company which they forgot to note when rescheduling. At the end, was told to come again next day and that I'll be serviced first. But the next day, the service manager refused to honor that commitment. He also refused to do any inspection except brakes even though the service plan had it included. Super rude guy, kept telling me to move so that he can address other folks in the queue. Just avoid this location

I gave 3 stars because of how frickin long it took. I arrived there shortly after 1pm. Didn't get out until 6pm..... Just to replace 4 tires and do a wheel alignment. The "free inspection" wasn't necessary and should of been an option from the beginning because I was on a serious time crunch. I should of gone to America's tires instead. The same tire over there at least has a warranty unlike pepboys and was cheaper. that's what I get for rushing.

PAUL FROM PEP BOYS IS A LIFE SEND!!!! Saturday afternoon about 4:00 when someone pointed out that my passenger front tire had absolutely no tread and they were actually wires coming out of it I called around many places but it was only pep boys on Stevens Creek road that got us in ASAP they even were done early. The customer service was impeccable and the waiting area was very spacious and Uber clean as well as the bathroom. This is not usually the case at places where you get your car fixed. The man that wound up helping us over the phone and in person has worked there over 25 years. That must say something about this place and the integrity that they have. Since I'm new in town, I definitely will be bringing my car there if I have any problems and I would highly recommend them as opposed to any other tire place.

Took my wife’s mini cooper here to check a sound it was making. They said it’s the serpent belt that needs to be replaced and charged me $400 for it. I took the car and drove 5 minutes there was an error reading engine temperature too high. I drove the car two other times and after 5 minutes the engine would overheat. I took it back to the shop and told them the vehicle didn’t have this issue before they touched it and they wouldn’t take responsibility. I’m out 400 dollars and I can’t use the car. Please do not go here.
