I called to get an estimated time on an alignment around 2:30pm. Was told they had no current alignments on their schedule and it would take 1.5 hrs. Got there at 3:15pm and didn't leave until 9:30pm. Grossly misjudged their own schedule and didn't try to honor what they said over the phone. I checked in with them multiple times and was told it would be done in 30-45mins every time. I then had to take my car back as it was still pulling. Made an appointment for 11am. Upon arrival I was told they already have 2 cars in front of me and I'll have to wait 2hrs minimum. Why even schedule an appointment? Horrible time management and scheduling.

A walk-in visit to this Pep Boys was performed on a Saturday evening, in response to another auto care center that was unable to install a couple of tires that I had purchased from them. Special shout out to Fernando who was extremely helpful and made the experience great - he made sure that the tire replacement and rotation services being requested were documented, understood, and performed appropriately by the garage. The work took a little over an hour to complete, with pricing that was reasonable and communicated ahead of time. Will definitely consider coming back to this location for additional services as needed.

I drove (limped) in kowing I needed a lot of engine work. And I was right. They gave me a breakdown of what was needed and a very reasonable price. They kept me posted on the progress with their text link. I drove away with a smooth running car. They were professional, polite, and very helpful.

Sooo, an update on this. The store Manager never got back to me after I called the store and left a message... These guys aren't serious, to say the least. Back in July they changed all the fluids and brake pads on my Nissan Altima. They called me to ask if I wanted to change the front rotors and I said NO. They went ahead and did it anyway and charged me for it of course. I paid $1440.54 total! It gets worse, when I got my car back I noticed that the breaks were really spongy and not working properly. You really have to pump the brakes or break hard to get the car to fully stop! They have asked me to come in to get the brakes checked but they just make me wait around the shop until it's time for me to leave. Last time they asked me to get an appointment and leave the car the whole day, and that they will have probably have to change the master cylinder... Without even checking what the problem is...! And why didn't they do that the first time around!? Anyway, I don't want to over pay again for shoddy work! I will have to go to another shop. Terrible!

I made an appointment for 4pm, arrived, the staff was like busy and told me to wait a minute and they would call me to check in. I sat there for half an hour, no one called me. I saw one just sitting on the phone and they were just chatting amongst themselves. I walked over and asked how long I had to wait and an employee immediately showed up to check me in. I only had an engine oil change, they didn't take my car keys from me until 4:30pm, gave me my car back at 6:00pm. Is it really possible to change the oil in the engine in an hour and a half? But okay, things happen. But when I got home, I was furious because I felt the cuts on the steering wheel on the lower part. How could they do that? Just like that, I went in for a simple oil change, spent over two hours doing it, and was left with a cut steering wheel - awesome!

I got rear brakes done, shocks and tires that were cupping replaced. Got here at 6, they took us in but closed at 8. We were out of there by 9 but I appreciate the fact they still did the job after closing at 8. Luis and Ryan made it happen (alongside everyone in the garage) Thank you guys!

My battery was dying and they were able to fit me in last minute and replaced the battery. If I had not gotten it replaced, I could have broken down in this weather and who knows what could have happened. Thank you Pep Boys

This location uses unfair and deceptive methods. Quote one price on the phone and another once you get in the door. As a woman I was gaslighted about the amount of time to repair the vehicle and was given a total of six price changes.The goal was to extract the most amount of money from me as possible. I had to ask for a copy of the written estimate at checkout. I’ve provided a more detailed explanation of my experience in the company survey so they are fully aware. CA Bureau of Automotive Repair.

This place is awful! I will never come here again or refer anyone here. My appt was for 9am for 4 tires install- 3hours later my car is still not being worked on yet. Anthony is the worst and needs customer service training. Michelle is the only helpful person here. If I could give -100(negative 100) stars I would! 0 rating!

Excellent Service and excellent communication. I came back to this pepboys location to get new brakes, rotors and pads because of the professional staff - special appreciation to Jeff for convincing me to get my brakes and my oil change today at Pepboys, while I was in the parking lot of Mavis talking to him on the phone. I am coming back next week for wheel alignment. Thank You Pepboys!!!

Great service. Went over everything I needed and the cost involved. Went through the items that they felt were necessary and those the that were needed but not urgent. Decided to get everything taken care of in one visit. They also recognized that the water pump seal was leaking and that it was still under warranty. Took care of that free. Ramiro was my technician and put almost 20 hours of work into getting my truck back up to speed. Truck runs great now and happy. Thank Ramiro I appreciate you hard rworking and skills

These guys are fraud and should be shut down! I have my car serviced with brand new brake pads and tires installed from another shop right before I came to them before for different service. The guy literally told me that the inspection is free so I go along with it. When they came up with the diagnosis, they literally told me that I need a new brake pads, and tons of other service that I don’t need which already done early this year. When I said I want the minimum, the mechanic got upset! There should be a surprise investigation into their business!
