Had to purchase a new battery and have it installed. The work was done very professionally and I was treated with respect. The total cost was substantially less than what the local specialty shop quoted, plus I got a further discount on my veteran status.

This Pep Boys shop has been exceedingly understanding and supportive of what we have our car in the shop for. There were a few hiccups with communication initially (text vs email) but Randy, Joshua, and Christian all did a great job or making it right and keeping us informed. If I’m in need again for service for my vehicle, I’d definitely come back to this shop.

We got a flat tire the Sunday before Labor Day, and almost every other shop was closed. Fortunately, they were open and able to get us in and out quickly with a patch. Excellent service and friendly staff!

By the grace of God, I arrived at Pep Boys 20 minutes before closing time in desperate need of a new tire because I had a flat. Julio didn’t hesitate to help me out. He didn’t say it was too late. Instead, He took his time explaining the difference in tires that were available and when I made my decision, Julio’s assistant went right to work and my car was ready 2 minutes before 8 pm. Thanks for being my angels.

Paid $500 for an A/C recharge person thought there might be a leak but didn't see anything so he said to come back in a few weeks because it might be a slow leak. So, went back after three weeks still nothing so they said to come back in a few months to check it again it might be a component under the dash. So the time comes went back except the AC Tech quit so they tell me that I need to go to a different pep boys so two weeks later I make an appointment. So, I show up for that appointment but now the job is out of the evaluation period and now they want to charge $120 to evaluate the ac system for leaks the one that I just paid them $500 for just 102 days ago which 90 days was the evaluation period for the job is what they said to me. The time period was April 5 - August 15. The thing that pissed me off is that the last appointment was within the 90 days and these idiots didn't let me know that I only had a few days before I would have to pay $120 also it does not say anything about a time period for the re-evaluation the receipt just says " We accept most returns within 90 days" That is not the same thing. So they never stated when i paid for the service or at any of the other appointments that it had to be within 90 days. I really hate these places sometimes

I went in for oil change and found out that but I had an oil leak. After talking to the gentleman I was able to make an appointment by canceling my oil change and scheduling a oil leak check the next available appointment I was able to avoid paying for an oil change twice. That is this time they would check for the leak and then fill the car with oil and I only had to pay for one oil change. Thank you for being so helpful.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Even speaking with everyone here it was a pleasant quick and honest experience. We came in with a flat tire rolling on the donut. Came out of there with four new tires and everything after able to apply for credit and get it done less than an hour. Everything came in absolutely “clutch”.

Last night, my wife’s car ended up with a flat. Unfortunately, she did not have a spare and needed to have her car towed somewhere. It was just a few minutes before your store closed, and she reached your assistant manager, Christian he not only said he would wait for her car to be towed in, but he offered to stay and replace her tire when she got there. it was way past closing time, but he went above and beyond to take care of my wife and he did it with a great attitude. I can’t thank him enough for his service. In fact, my wife was so pleased she’s having the remaining tires replaced today at your shop. Please thank Christian for us. You have a special manager that represented your company very well.

I set up an appointment. The gentlemen at the register was very nice and at ease. No rudeness or rush. Made sure of the parts I needed was correct, even helped with getting qoutes for other repairs. First time service with pep boys and probably future customer with great service.

Got my tire rotation done in less than 20 minutes and everyone was very cool and professional. Definitely recommend this location. I had a 2019 Ford explorer.
