Headlight needed fixin. They fixed it. Same headlight went out again, they fixed it. Went out again, they changed the bulb. Each time I was handled with professionalism and no additional charge. Hence 5 star. Thank you Mike Hammond

I absolutely love this place ❤️ They are so awesome! Came in with an alternator with a problem walked out the next day problem free! 😄They are thorough, fast and honest! Siempre que voy me atienden muy bien, encuentro los mejores precios, me hacen los servicios ese mismo día a veces hasta en una o 2 horas aunque sea cambio de partes, local limpio y lo que más me gusta es que siempre me atienden es honesto y no trata de venderme cosas que no ocupa el vehículo como en otros talleres. Every time I go to Pep Boys ay Walzem they always serve me very well, I find the best prices, they do the services that same day, sometimes even in one or 2 hours even if it is an replace of parts, clean premises and what I like most is that they are honest and does not try to sell me things that vehicle don’t need like in other workshops.

They fixed my lexus to were i feel safe when I drive replaced cb bolts and also rotor and brakes in back tires cost a pretty penny but I own my car so therefore it qas worth it ,Thank you Mr. Justice 💪💪💪

I set an appointment up yesterday with them for 12pm today. I called them.this morning at 8:14am today to see if I could go early, they said no. I get there at about 11:20 the receptionist says the person who does the alignment tried to call me to come in early I told her he did not call and showed her he didn't but she said well he did. She then said he would be in at 12pm to do it I sat there for 40 mins just for her to tell me he said he was nit going to be there until 2pm. Bs

I have been going to Pep Boys 78218 location for years. They’ve always done a great job and always have been beyond courteous. From the manager all the way to the mechanics — everyone is great to work with. I’ve been in this location while customers are losing their minds about stuff beyond anyone’s control. The staffers that’s greats, it’s the clientele we need to be concerned about

Although they did not have what I was looking for in stock chris was very helpful with knowledge on my car where in the city I might be able to get the product today since I wasn't able to wait more than 2 days for them to order it over all very pleased with my experience and thankful for the advice and help

I am a very satisfied customer. My overall experience was great. From friendly customer service and not even a long wait on top of the great labor work that was put in. I loved it and would recommend to everyone. Oh yes and the prices are great too.

I was having AC issues fairly late in the day and pulled into Pep Boy’s on Walzem Rd. Chris helped me with an appt for the next day and assisted me with a rental car. He was very attentive and helpful considering it was getting close to closing time. They did everything they said they were going to do which made it a smooth transaction and saved me a trip out to Gillman Honda in a hot car.

Store says they're open till 7 but stopped in after getting a flat on the highway only to be told they are short staffed and can't install past 6pm. They do have the tires in stock but they just didn't want to stay when they were already packing up.

The Walzem location has excellent staff who provided great customer service. I came in for my appointment thinking that I needed some pretty hefty repairs. After they checked my vehicle, it turns out the problem was a much easier fix! I appreciate that they did not try to up charge me or try to convince me to get unnecessary repairs. I will gladly return if I need service again.

Was told Saturday that a state inspection guy would be in this Monday (today) and that they were able to do emissions test. Drove down from New Braunfels based on this info and not only do they not do emissions- they shut down the state inspection portion 2 months ago (which was relayed to me by one of the mechanics very rudely for no apparent reason?) Obviously they need to work on thier employees knowing what services they provide and fix thier crappy attitude to someone simply asking why incorrect information was given. What a joke

very efficient, got us in quickly. Job took reasonable time ; all employees we dealt with were clean (not greasy), and polite. The vehicle was clean. Job done well.
