I was there all day it was like a roller coaster ride they didn't know what they were doing and then they did know what they were doing but it took all day staff seeing to be unorganized and at each other's throats strongly recommend you find other accommodations

Dropped off my vehicle for a tire patched. 3 hours later, I came back to see if my vehicle was finished because I didn't receive a text or call. It took another 25 minutes for me to be checked out and receive my keys. There was no one in front of me. I'm not sure what's going on at this location, but I'm not coming back.

This place is trash service trash for working ethics even between the holidays or not they have a job to do and they want to take a couple hours just to fix a tire that has a couple nails in them patch them up

Worst service I've ever had. First, they didn't honor my appointment i booked online. Then, when I make it in the next day they first say it's an hour wait only for them to start on the vehicle that came in after me and make me wait another hour. I would not recommend this location for any service at all. The staff was not helpful at all and was a dismal atmosphere. Save your time and go to a different location.

I scheduled an oil change on line for the same day service. 8 am was available online so I booked it and showed up early for my appt. The gentleman that assisted me said did you book online I said yes and when did you book it I said this morning. He then said I already have a 8 am appt if he doesn’t show by 8:15 I’ll take you. No other appt times were offered at all. The customer did show so I ran to my car and came to Midas where they took me in as a walk in immediately and I asked do you honor your online bookings and they said yes we do. So this was meant to be. Pep Boys needs to offer other available appt times for that day and honor their online bookings or turn it off if you’re not going to honor them. Thank you.

This place sucks! Car always comes out worse than before! Workers don’t care about their customers concerns. The guy in the front is lazy. Avoid this place at all costs!

Friendly staff but overpriced… Went to Jiffy Lube down the street for the same issue for 1/3 of the price. If it’s my money, I say try somewhere else.

Took car in and they broke the bumper to my car then tried to nail it back on. Didn’t even tell me about it i had to see it on my own and then they tried blaming me. Worst place ever. Your car will end up worse than when you took it.

So this is my 3rd BG oil change service I had an appointment for last Saturday at 2pm they welcomed me when I came in even though the place was busy and I had a small problem the door latch would not flip back and they took care of it ... Every thing else was done in time .. got a discount then given a discount on top of than .. this is the place

Called and asked what the wait time would be. Was told wait would be 45min to an hour. Should’ve checked out reviews prior to sending my car to this location. Mind you…this was only to switch out a tire. Total time there: 4hrs. Annoying thing is, during our wait, many people called and were told the same thing. Ridiculous. Guys at the front desk on their phones with TikTok on full blast. Complete lack of professionalism. Just..go elsewhere.

I ordered tires a week ago. I was told they would be there the following day. Day after day I was told they would be there tomorrow. They never arrived. They can only tell me they’re not sure when they’ll arrive at this point. So I canceled the order. I would not recommend doing business with them. Communication is horrible and they don’t appear to know what’s even going on.

This place is ridiculous They have had my sons truck for repairs for 6 months and still NO update on when it will be done No communication and the corporate office has been notified and they also have not given any kind of update This repair has already been paid Anyone looking to have work done at this location just buyer beware

I have always 'tried' to get my flat tires fix here but they always have a waiting time of an hour to two hours. No one should have to wait that long for a flat tire.
