Came in because about a month prior had some new tires installed at another pepboys location, i guess the technician that originally did the work messed up the balance, (vibrating a lot on the highway) so I brought it to a different pepboys and they confirmed my suspicions as well, but fixed it entirely, all tires taken care of, no more vibration on the highway, couldnt of asked for more courtesy and top notch customer service, definitely will come back to the marbach pepboys location! Thank you for your assistance and the warranty work!!

We received the greatest service with the Pep Boys on Marbach Road. Mr. Gary and Mr. Joe, who work the front desk, gave me excellent service! I needed a turbo booster replacement on a '21 Chevy Equinox 1.5L. They did an excellent job on my vehicle! My vehicle runs absolutely perfect like I got it brand new again. They also performed a downstream oxygen sensor replacement. I appreciate John the technician that worked on my car. The cost was surprisingly fair for the amount of work I needed to have done. I recommend Pep Boys on Marbach Road. I will certainly be taking my service there for future mechanical work. God Bless you boys (men). Thank you.

Went in for an oil change. Mr. Martinez continues to provide excellent service, he is honest, oil change was worth the price under $100.00 for 2020 Explorer. Recommend pepboys on Marbach Rd. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service.

So I had a flat tire this morning. I looked online and the best deal was pep boys at Marbach and 410. There prices are just way cheaper then discount tires and all of the other one. The service was top tier and so were the mechanics that replaced the tires. I didn’t need an appointment and I was in and out extremely fast. This was my first time going to pep boys ever. I will definitely be going back there. I was a one place tire guy for discount tires. But I called them a couple months back and they wanted to charge me over $1000 dollars to get 4 new tires. That’s just plain crazy. Just because I own a business. Dosnt mean I’m rich. In today’s economy there’s no way I’d spend that much on anything. So the next tire your online looking for tires. Check out pep boys at Marbach and 410 next to the 2 story pawn shop. You’ll be in great hands.

The staff were friendly enough. My only gripe is that i feel like I wasn't fully kept in the loop with everything with what my car did/ didn't need. It could've just been how the message was delivered or how I interpreted it, though.
