I scheduled an appointment online for a check engine light service. I took my vehicle to Pep Boys at my scheduled visit time and was met by Spencer at the front counter. I just have to say that the service here is OUTSTANDING. Spencer took the time to make sure I undersood the process and called throughout to keep me updated on my vehicle and what all was needed for repairs. I had my vehicle back the same day and it's working amazingly. I will bring my vehicle or any future vehicles to this location any time I need. They are awesome here!

I took my Mini Cooper in for a service, they looked it over and checked the history and suggested it only needed an oil and filter change. They didn't try and upsale me any unneeded work just to make money off me. Great service.

I called ahead to see if they had availability to work on my car today. Spencer answered the phone and said I could come in so they could take a look at my car. As soon as I arrived, I was able to explain the problem and they started working in my car right away. They found what caused my problem and fixed that as well. I sat in the lobby, and Spencer kept me in the loop of what was happening with updates every 20 minutes or so. Other people who came in had their car serviced right away as well. In about an hour and a half, my car was ready for me to take home. Military discount is available here at 5%, which is wonderful. Thank you to Spencer and the magnificent mechanics who worked on and fixed my car. I feel much safer driving it now.

I tried to have my ignition replaced on my suv. They couldn’t fix the problem after assuring me they had experience working on the issue. I waited around for hours for Spencer to throw his hands up and tell me they can’t fix it. After leaving I noticed my vehicle was making a warning noise it wasn’t making before. I took it to another shop to discover they had put something back together in my steering with ZIP TIES and I had to have that extra part replaced they are totally incompetent at this location I will never return

The work that was done and the customer service was excellent! The only issue I had was with the tow truck I scheduled 1 day ahead and still waited 3-4 hrs for the car to be picked up. The appointment at Pep Boys was at 9am didn’t get there till 10:30. The tow process may need to be worked on, but service was amazing.

Went in for a oil change and new brakes with roders resurface end up having all the oil spill out of truck 5 minutes after leaving then had to wait 4 hours for their tow truck to take it back and redo the oil change 1 day later notice brakes screeching like they did before I got the new service was told they may have forgotten to lubricants them. Also the oil looked like it was just as dark as it was before oil change.

I don't know how the service is. Walked stood in front of the counter. Receptionist on the phone. Never acknowledged me. Parts delivery guy comes in to get his paperwork signed she speaks to him and signs his paperwork and continued with her call. Never said one word.

They were very helpful getting my brakes fixed and oil changed. Rosie was very helpful and nice. Definitely returning for future auto needs.

Ok had to reschedule my app Saturday cause they don't do wheel alignments on weekends. Had my app at 11am was told little behind estimated time 6pm was this all because it's a voucher. Yet taking other vehicles before mine while my appointment was scheduled having there's before mine. Why give out vouchers forms then keep passing us up for paying customers so what am I. And why not say paying customers are 1st before others no matter appointment time.

I went to the Converse Pep Boys for a replacement tail light and an oil change. As I have an older Toyota, Rosie placed the order and assured me the bulb would be in by the next morning. I decided to have both brake and tail lights replaced as well as the oil change. Rosie and the service tech gave great customer service . Pep Boys is my new service center.

Made an appointment for 1:30pm. Drove 25 minutes, got there at 12:45pm. I was told the guy who does alignments was not there and that I would have to reschedule my appointment. Why would they not call me asap to let me know this once they opened?!

Had to have a vehicle towed here due to a flat tire. The customer service was excellent, and the attendant was courteous and very informative. Although the tire I needed was a bit expensive for what I expected, the mechanic di a great job of ensuring it was mounted in a timely manner. Overall, our experience was very positive.

Rosie and her crew are great to work with! Found 2 brake fluid leaks on my car and had my car fixed by next day. This is my second time at this Pep Boys. You won’t find better service than with Rosie and her crew

Rosie is awesome!! great customer service. this was my 2nd time at this location. this is my first car so i’m still learning things and Rosie is kind enough to explain everything in an way that’s easy to understand. both times i’ve been here my car has been finished within a few hours. I also appreciate the printed out report and the way i can track my cars progress from text messages. this will definitely be my go-to spot from now on! Thank you Rosie and Mauro!

I will like to thank Rosie and her crew for doing a great job on my Lincoln Navigator. I took it in for tire advisory and suspension leaning. Rosie and Kevin addressed my needs and concerns. They went over my options for tires and what were best suitable for my truck. I also had a leaking air bag which was causing the lean. Kevin reach out to different distributors and located the part. Rosie had the parts picked up and had the suspension kit and tires installed the next day. They were very prompt, efficient and attentive to making sure I was updated on the status of my truck. The pricing is more than fair. Rosie and her team are very professional. I will definitely have them service all of my vehicles when needed.

This is my sixth or seventh time that I have gone to Pep Boys on FM 78 in San Antonio. I have to say that Rosie Pacheco is an asset to this location. I listen to her when she talks to customers on the phone and she is very professional, very nice, and very helpful. She is one-of-a-kind. I want to commend her for the way she treats her customers. I ask her so many questions about decent tires, tire treads, and so many other different questions having to do with my truck, and she responds to every concern that I ask her. It is no bother to her. I just need to let your company know that. Again, she is more than an asset to Pep Boys. Thank you for having her as your employee. In fact, I had Pep Boys put on rear brakes about a year ago and, because of her professionalism and kindness, I went back today to get my oil changed again. Also, I purchased tires from this store location because of Rosie Pacheco. I will not visit any other Pep Boys location. Thank you, Ms. Pacheco. Anita B.
