Just incredible detailed care and customer service. Everyone was so friendly and took the time to explain every detail of my car service to me, someone who knows very little about cars. I WILL be coming to this location for all future services my car needs! I’d give them 35 stars if I could! Do yourself a favor and bring your car here, Buddy will take of ya!

Buddy and crew are 5 STARS & are thoroughly knowledgeable, professional, speedy in tasks, honest regarding vehicle service needs. I only go to Pep Boys for any auto maintenance. Thanks to them and their Pep Boy service, my car runs like a clock.

Buddy and his staff are amazing. I'm so impressed by the amount of work they are able to get done with just the two of them. You go to the other store down the road and they have about 12 employees and no one wants to do anything to help you. I would like to see Buddy and his staff recognize for there commitment to pep boys and their customers. You have two very special employees in these two guys. They have gained my business.

This shop was amazing, took care of me and my last minute tire needs. The shop manager and his team were top notch, professional, and extremely honest (didn't try and sell me on a bunch of stuff I didn't need). Would highly recommend and will go back for future work done!

I've spent more time at this repair shop in the last 72 hours than I'd like to admit, but the staff were nothing short of amazing. They treated me well, and they provided good, honest work at reasonable prices. Thank you Gibril and Buddy for the amazing customer service. Thanks to the guys in the back who helped me in a timely manner. I hope to make this shop my go-to location for my service and repair needs. If you need auto repair, this is the place to go!

I had to get my brakes replaced and the customer service was amazing. I was updated throughout the whole process. They even showed me the brakes to explain the work that they needed to do! I will definitely be going to Pep Boys for any of my automotive needs!

Called the store and spoke with the manager about a service I wanted for my vehicle. I made an appointment and arrived at the store to speak with the manager again. I needed to ensure that I comprehended the service special that I had seen on their website. Got that out of the way and handed him my keys. When I returned to get my vehicle, the work was completed without any issues. I forgot to mention that the store manager exhibited great customer service which made me feel like a valued customer. I've been to this location before and I plan to continue doing business with them for my vehicle's service needes..

We were traveling from Indiana to VA beach and having brake issues. We found this PEP boys, called ahead and made an online appointment to stop and have the issue addressed. PEP boys manager was incredibly helpful. Got us in right away being sensitive to our circumstances and for us in/out within a couple hours with new brakes and rotors at a decent price. We were so thankful that this hardly interrupted our vacation. Great experience!

I had an amazing experience at this Pep Boys location. The staff were very friendly and knowledgable, and they did a great job in diagnosing and fixing the issues with my car. The manager Buddy was very nice and helpful. They are honest and also have fair prices. I would definitely recommend them!

Had an appt for an oil change and manager, Buddy began the process as soon as I arrived. During their complimentary comprehensive vehicle inspection technician, James discovered a nail in one of the tires that had a slow leak and probably prevented a roadside flat tire breakdown. Oil and filter change, tire rotation and tire repair completed within an hour. Professional, courteous and prompt service at it's best! Thanks Buddy and James!!

The employees at this location are exceptional. I appreciate their friendliness and honesty. After receiving outrageous estimates, I took my car there and got my front brakes fixed for $266 compared to 3 other businesses that provided estimates from $580 to $600.
