Went to get my headlight restore didn’t work headlight still cloudy the the lady left my ignition on the hold time and ran my battery dead just a awful visit

I took my car there for some work on dash board engine light and AC also inspection. I dropped it off at 10 in the morning and they still had it the next day and did absolutely nothing. They said they couldn’t start the car really my fiancé went the next day and cranked it right up. Very poor service even if they couldn’t start it they could have pushed it in the bay and found out what was wrong with it. Very bad service.

It's OK. It took them a whole day though to finish my car, but at least my car rides smoothly now.

Great job overall!! Had to replace all four tires on my 2015 Toyota Corolla. Got a good deal with Cooper tires, buy three get one free with a 65,000 mile warranty. Got the job done in a timely manner and very professional. Everyone was very friendly as well!!

I managed to get a flat tire at 3:45 on a Saturday. The first shop I tried was closing in 10 minutes, but I managed to get to Pep Boys. Within an hour they'd found the nail and patched the tire, which cost a lot less than I expected to have to pay. Nik and the other attendant (I don't remember her name, sorry) were also super nice throughout the process.

It is truly unfortunate that I had to come on here to edit my review. The customer service at this location is now nonexistent. I encountered Kurt who was completely rude and unprofessional and informed me that we could wait up to two hours for one inspection to be completed. Even after calling and speaking with Tia, something I always do because we travel so far. No matter how many times the mechanics at this location have messed up we’ve always come back because of the great service not to mention they used to take accountability. Not anymore. Half of this location is shut down and now I can see why. No need in taking the trip anymore. I definitely will not be back!!! Horrible service, filthy location, don’t waste your time or money!!!

No matter how small the job is, this shop is always understaffed and it will take all day to fix your car. I've gone to two different locations and they never have more than one or two, max, technicians on staff. Every time I've gone there, I've been forced to arrange transportation and just drop it off. Despite advertisement all over the internet, appointments are absolutely useless and never honored (I always made appointments but they didn't even acknowledge that and was treated as a walk-in), so don't bother making an appointment either because you will still be waiting. They tell you to come in first thing in the morning, so customers are lined up before 8am... The only reason I'm giving them two stars is because they did fix my vehicle on three different occasions at a reasonable price.

Myself and another girl both came in on a Friday 20 minutes before closing, both with a nail in our tire. Curtis and Antonio very graciously took care of my tire very professionally with no complaints and had me back on the road in no time. I really appreciated their willingness to stay a little late to help me.

I went in for new tires for an old rickety dodge truck. While I can get behind one coincidence, four breakages are beyond coincidence. 1 - stripped wheel stud, they wanted to charge me $150 to fix it. How do I know they didn't strip it ?????? I left the one nut off 2 - "hub cab" not installed on one of the wheels - it's a mini hub cap thing that goes on before the lug nuts - it was on the front seat 3 - My AC fan doesn't work now - what in the ??? 4 - My front door bearing suddenly is messed up and the door barely shuts. It's an old truck that has been super reliable for the 7 years I have owned it. Maybe the door just failed while they had it on the lift. What's up with the HVAC fan ? Why charge me $150 for $14 in parts when you probably stripped it ? And the woman running the counter was rude and not knowledgeable. I won't go back here - and I won't go to another Pep Boys in this lifetime. ***** UPDATE ****** Parts for the stripped wheel stud were $10.90, not $14. I googled and didn't want to go through all that work so I ordered a rethreading die on amazon for $13.65 and spent one minute rethreading the stud and popped the new lug nut ($5.79) on .... 60 seconds + the right tool .... Pep Boys wanted $150 and they probably stripped it in the first place. Such B.S.

Serenity and the service manager Toya (I might be wrong) went above and beyond to give me options for the problems I was experiencing. Speaking to them was very pleasant and very knowledgeable and professional. I really appreciate how helpful they were and the mechanics in the back who got it done way sooner than expected. I will definitely come back for future maintenance.

The service at this pep boys is fast, thorough, fair, and reliable. They've never tried to cheat me out of money like other shops have and they do really good work. The people are friendly and efficient. Do yourself a favor and go see them for your vehicle maintenance.

What a rare find - a trustworthy mechanic shop. Tia and her team were exceptional. I brought them a Nissan I purchased for my teenager. Discovering I brought a lemon was a tragedy even more so because it was for my kid. They worked with me every step of the way on replacing the faulty transmission and dealing with the less than helpful warranty company (always get the warranty). They kept me up to date fielding my constant and probably annoying calls. They found a transmission that was almost new and my out of pocket expenses was minimal for replacing a transmission 🤩 I will continue to bring them all my vehicles and recommend them to any and everybody for your automotive needs!
