I had them replace my water pump a month ago and it started leaking again. I called them to see what they could do about it and the lady on the phone started arguing with me and make it seem like it was my fault. Very bad service.

We went for wheels alignment and tire rotation today. Back in March, we replaced the tires at this location and bought a life warranty on the tire rotation at that time. All I can say it was the worst customer service experience I had at this Pep Boys location. First, our appointment was reserved online, and we were first in line at 8:00am. The store opened at 8:10am when the lady from the front desk arrived and she arrived in a very bad mood. She displayed a lack of customer service skills right from the beginning by making sarcastic comments about our appointment reservation which got my blood boiling. The way she interrogated and cut us off when we tried to explain what she was asking in the first place made me feel like I was in front of the school principal and the last time that happened to me was 40 years ago. She also tried to argue with us about the charge for tire rotation. Since we already purchased the plan when we installed the tires, all she had to do is to pull up that receipt in her computer which would indicate that the tire rotation service would be free for me at this time, but when my husband pointed it out, she told him she doesn’t know (I suspect she did not want to) how to do it. We had to bring the paperwork with us when we were picking up the car to prove that the rotation service should be free for our car. I read the comments on Google before posting mine and I saw that everybody was praising Natalie. My suspicion is that all praising comments are made by family members because the Natalie we experienced was irritated, not professional and with negative attitude up to the roof. I would not be surprised it this location will go out of business; they already have a sign that they are hiring on the door. I give ZERO stars for this location.

I was down on my luck with my car, Natalie and Bryan helped me replace my tire and feel less stressed about it. They also got me out of there really quick which is great! I’ll be coming back for the other three tires for sure!

Nataly was very pleasant, informative, and explanatory. This the first time ive dealt with the replacement of tires thru hertz and uber. She was very professional and put my mind at ease about the situation since i am over 50 miles away from home. She is Awesome! Thanks Nataly for your help. Of course the price gave me a shock. I usually do the work myself, but I don't have time. Parts and labor $ 2350.00. If I had the receipt in front of me I would give a break down. The parts on Amazon are $ 350. They couldn't do my dash light worning problems. Any way. They were so helpful... And offered advice.

Went in for an alignment and brake pads, got told it would be about an hour and half, despite only being 1 other vehicle being worked on it took 2 hours to get it on the lift, then another 2 to tell me they couldn't do it that day. Will never go back to this location

If you are a colored person, never ever go to this place. They stereotype you, they are judgmental, they are rude and will yell at you if have questions to clarify. Save your time, money and some pride and never visit this store.
