Logan the Manager is a consummate professional and went out of his way to help my daughter. This gentleman listened to our concern and did everything he could to make our experience a positive one. Being 2 hours away I felt helpless, but he was able to flawlessly take care of our car issue. He is the type of person that should be training other mangers and employees on how to treat customers. I can't say enough positive words about his overall great leadership. Promote - Promote - Promote and reward his gracious professionalism. Highly Recommend this location for Service.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They apparently only have one person on Staff that can perform anything other than a basic oil change and they refuse to help you if this individual isn't working. So much for their creed that adorns the walls about helping people.

Can’t say enough nice things about this place. Never a hassle and fantastic customer service. Logan and Herb are both wonderful and Pep Boys is lucky to have them! January 2025 ~ shout out to Matt and James! My brakes were making an awful noise and was told to come right in. The plan was to leave my car and they’d service my car the next day. Once there, James said he’d had some time and serviced the car right then! Awesome customer service! Thank you!!!

Made an appointment several days in advanced online for a routine oil change. When I showed up, I was told there was no one who could do an oil change that day, and that they are making appointments for the following week. I was told that I should have called instead of making an appointment online.

My daughter had a bent rim and we took her tire to this pepboys. James helped us out immediately and took care of the issue for us. I take all my cars here for everything and the customer service is always excellent!

The staff including mechanics are professional and friendly. We had needed two rear tires and they quickly assisted us the same day. We have used this location before and will continue for all of our tire needs. Quality service, thank you.

I have been coming to this store since 2014. Since Herb left, worst customer service. Hint, when someone brings their car in three times within a month and a half for the same issue you make time for them. Especially if it's something as simple as tire pressure or a tire sensor which literally only takes 10 minutes to check. Wish I could give zero stars.

Hands down best experience I have ever had with a vehicle. Logan and team went above and beyond to somehow get a ton of work done in less than 24hrs which we estimated could take a week or more. They were incredibly kind to my family. Seriously cannot thank them enough.

My brother and I used to work on my cars together and he would teach me the important self help maintenance stuff. Those are some of my fondest memories because he taught me how to NOT be taken advantage of with repairs. He passed away unexpectedly to cancer 2 years ago. Since then, Herb, Caleb and the crew have been so helpful, honest and straight forward it almost feels like they are family now as well. I have come to know, trust, respect and lean on them and I know my brother must have led me to them. Thanks for all you do! Karen Neighbors

Had an appointment (that I made online) for an oil change this morning. Got there as the store was opening and was told my appt. wasn't even in the system! I made this appt. 10 days prior. Was given all kinds of BS excuses and would have to wait if I wanted to get my car in. Oh hell no, not with an appointment that I had an email conformation for that I showed the manager. This is the second time I've gone in for service with an appt. I made online and was given some reason why they wouldn't honor it. This is the LAST time I go to Pep Boys. Wasted my time and gas only to be frustrated and leaving without getting service. Pep Boys sucks, at least this location does.
