I brought my car in to have a battery, alternator and starter diagnostic test done. All of the employees were courteous and friendly. It was a very good experience. I brought my daughter’s car to the same location a year ago for new tires, a battery and several other things. I had the same good experience at that time.

my mom bought my tire from the a couple months back i noticed i have a slow leak i called asked if there was free repair and was informed if i didnt pay extra for the roadside i was out of luck. woukd not recommend to anyone

I was able to get a next day appointment. The dealer wanted $170 to analyze the car condition before repairs. Pep Boys did the same thing at no cost. Pep Boys fixed the symptoms (metal on metal clunks) efficiently and for less than the dealer's preliminary analysis cost.

Brake pads, new rotors, 2 bad tires oh my! I went to this location twice so that I could split up the costs of the needed maintenance (we know how costly these things can be). I had pushed my crunchy car to the limit and knew that rotors were also a must. I appreciated the discount they gave me on the parts which was a better rate than their veteran’s discount at the time. The second time I came in I was in a rush to drop my car off and they were pretty patient and understanding with me. Both times I came here I was treated kindly, prices weee broken down so that I could understand, service was efficient and it took a reasonable amount of time. Worth the price for a safe car as a busy mom who does a lot of driving.

Everything here moved slow. From the front desk to the techs. Oil change taking 90 mins for a scheduled appointment is inefficient especially when it cost an outrageous $125.

My experience was terrible. I didn't ask them to dig into my engine. They didn't call me to confirm to go into my engine and now my vehicle won't start. They are avoiding me and won't give me no clear explanation on what went on. They trying to blame a tow driver for the problem.

We have been using Pep Boys over our local Chevy dealer as the prices are reasonable and the care and repairs are all solid. I would recommend for anything routine or issues that need to be fixed. They have the inventory in stock to get things completed in a timely manner and they communicate well. This past summer, PepBoys caught an issue with our brakes that the dealer didn’t catch after we paid the dealer for a diagnostic. We ended up taking back to the dealer with the report and they apologized for missing it. We ended up getting the repairs and new brakes with Pep Boys.

Appointment at 11:00am car was " done" at 5:00pm for a wheel alignment. Steering wheel is way skewed to the left and if you have it straight, you get off roads to the right side. $99 waisted as I will n ot take it back. Car is way worst than is was before service.

DON’T GO HERE…PLEASE, unless you need an oil change or something extremely simple. Daughter’s car got towed here after breaking down nearby, tried to charge her $1,100 and after 3-1/2 days had done zero work. In addition, could not locate a hose that was “discontinued”, and had no idea how they were going to fix the car. We then had it towed to our normal mechanic (Kennan’s in Raleigh), it was fixed a day later for $500 and NONE OF THE PARTS QUOTED BY PEP BOYS WERE THE ACTUAL PROBLEM, NOT ONE. They are CLUELESS, PLEASE DON’T GET RIPPED OFF HERE.

Don’t go here!!!! I had to replace my tires due to wear and tear and took my car to Pepboys. After paying nearly $500 to replace my tires, literally as I drove out of the parking lot, the tire pressure light came on. I thought nothing of it until the light came on again the next day. When I checked it, one of the tire’s pressure was at 18 (instead of 32-36)! I pumped the tire and thought it was resolved. Two days later the tire light came on again and when I checked, the tire pressure was at 16!! I cannot believe that I paid $500 for new tires and I’m having more problems with my tires than ever. No matter how desperate you are, this place will only cause more headaches. Do not go here!!!!!!

Had AC repaired this summer and spent around $2000. Noticed the unit was not blowing cold anymore around 1 month after service. We were slow to get back and now they claim the warranty of their work is expired. No help on pricing. Will not spend anymore $$$ here.

I was in the Outer Banks when I noticed an issue with my wheel bearing and was worried about making it back to Nashville. I called Pep Boys in Raleigh, NC that night, and they reassured me they had the part in stock and could get me in the next day on a Saturday. I scheduled an appointment, and they had me back on the road in just three hours after replacing the wheel bearing and assembly. Their professionalism and efficiency gave me peace of mind for the rest of my trip. Highly recommend them for quick, reliable service!

They saved me hundreds of dollars when I went in for a second opinion concerning my brakes! The last place said I needed to get them fixed ASAP! Pep boys told me there was nothing wrong with my brakes (I do still have some unrelated issues with my vehicle which I will weigh out). Thanks for being honest!

I was very disappointed of the Davis Cir, Raleigh, NC 27613’s guys’ service. I went down this store to change my engine oil by an online appointment (b/c this store is located not far from my home). During the service hour, a store associate called me to offer that the one of my rear brake light bulbs is gone and asked me do you wanna replace it by us? So I said that thank you for your offer but I can replace it by myself. After the store is done my requested service and called me back my vehicle is ready to pick up and went to pick my vehicle. After a few days, I knew they stolen working rear bulbs when I replaced my fired brake light bulb, such as a reverse light bulb and so on. Guys, please don’t do this for other customers’ vehicles.

About a month ago I bought 4 new tires from this store and they told me that the tires were guaranteed for 65 thousand miles. After 8 thousand miles the sidewalls of the tires started to tear. When I went to the store they did not accept that there was a tire defect and did not help. They help when selling the product but after they are done with you they do not care about you. I paid $720 for tires that are only for one month.
