Wow, when ya going out of business? Horrible service. Forget to tell me they left the guard hanging t down, never rotated tires, but was sure to charge me. 2 hour wait. For an oil change?. Back to valvoline.

Always have a great service experience at this store! Friendly, courteous and honest customer service. It was a simple oil change, but they went above and beyond to assure I was assisted in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

I took my car up there to change parts on there from the alternator to the starter to see if it would start up again. My car has been in there since Thanksgiving I called almost everyday to see when they would start on it because I had to be on the road in a few days before Christmas. Now 5 days before Christmas which I called on December 20th to see if it was done, even to see if the technician was up there, they waited 2 weeks to tell me it was an electric issue and they refuse to work on the car to put the starter in there.....come to find out it wasn't a electric issue they just refused to work on it because they didn't want to at all. I was literally spending money on Uber for almost 3 weeks wasting money for them to wait to tell me some bogus lie with no manager present or any alternative choices to fix it they just flat out refused with no explanation and no consideration for the customers time 0 out of 10 I recommend they are horrible and should lose there mechanic licenses. Don't be be in the business of working on cars if you don't want to work on cars. To many people in managerial position who have no knowledge about cars and customer service is a dangerous thing. 5630 S. Westnedge is not the place to go at all. FIRE ALLL OF THEM AND START FRESH WITH BETTER INDIVIDUALS WHO ACTUALLY WANNA WORK FOR PEP BOYS AND PEOPLE CARS

There’s something good and bad. Bad thing is even you have appointment still you have wait for longer than usual. Good thing they do good work in your vehicle.

Do NOT book online or order online. They will not grant your online appointment nor the product you order. They cancelled my appointment and didn't tell me that the tires I had ordered were out of stock until 2nd day and I had left my car there overnight, so had to go with what they had in stock. Not professional at all.

Great Tire Sale..appt booking online was easy, but due to lack of staffing..booked a 10am and didn't get my truck back until 5pm. Yet the online scheduling showed all kinds of appointments but the store said they were booked through Wednesday..it was Saturday. They also said they had 1 tech. Love my tires though. Cooper Adventures.

Would leave a 0 star. Dropped it off because it wouldn’t start. A few days pass and I call to check up on my truck. They told me it sat in the parking lot and that I need to take it to a transmission specialist because it wouldn’t move. I arrive today grabbed my keys, put it into neutral and moved it just fine. If you’re having a problem with your car/truck this would be the last place I’d recommend. I would go as far to say I wouldn’t even trust them with a preventative maintenance.

Called to get an appointment first thing on a weekend day, and was told they would get me right in and didn’t need one. Showed up and was second customer in and was told it would be an hour or so to look at ONE tire. No update from them for hours, called to get an update and was told they would have one soon. Then an hour before close, they call to say they found a puncture in the one tire but because of company policy they have to change ALL FOUR tires…. Which was never communicated to me when I went in. They literally refused to give us our car back, saying they cannot let us drive out without replacement. Then, a month later one of the “new” tires magically has a bad stem. Such a scam of a company! Spend your money elsewhere. We refused to even go back when the stem went bad because of how they operate.

Had my vehicle develop a serious wobble when hard breaking on Friday and needed to tow a trailer on Monday. Found Pep Boys had. Sunday service opening and took a shot to see if they could help the problem. Tech Mehmet aka Mo Mo from what they called him tested out my truck and suggested some service that would really help and a couple of hours later I drove away with a fully serviced smooth as butter truck on a Sunday! Amazing group at my Portage Michigan Pep Boys! You have my future business! Thanks for handling my needs and making my vehicle safe and smooth again.

My name is Carol..I am 81 and drive a 98 corolla. I have been using Pepboys for 7 years..They have been wonderful to deal with as well as being price competitive. Not one time have they tried to take advantage me..I would highly recommend them...give them a try.
