Guys were very chill and professional. They didn’t care if I was extremely early for my appointment and they took me in quickly and got me on my way. Also did a quick overview for some minor things I need to keep an eye on for my inspection coming up.

I absolutely love this Pep Boys! The workers are friendly, knowledgeable & not pushy (like some places can be). They even let you nap while you wait for your car to be finished! lol When it comes to me, they have a lifetime customer! Thanks for being awesome!

They do a good job and will tell you to go somewhere else if your car has an issue that another place can handle better and cheaper. For instance I had a hole somewhere in my exhaust and they gave a recommendation of where to take my car that probably saved me at least $800.

I needed help with a battery which appeared to be failing. Went to two other places and they were not able to help me. I am from out of town and it was snowing and I walked into Pep Boys and Nick greeted me and helped right away . He did the necessary tests to determine what the problem was and , as suspected, it was the battery. It had been a long day and I was very pleased that he was able to replace the battery efficiently . I was very appreciative of the service I received at Pep Boys

I came to Pepboys for new tires and to get swollen lugnuts fixed on my Jeep and they did an amazing job on my vehicle. They were quick to the point with no fluff. I was greatly appreciative of them and they reciprocated that same energy back to me, a customer. I 100% recommend them to work on your vehicle. 5/5

Ray the assistant manager is completely rude. I went there for an alignment and told them it’s going to the left. They “fixed” it. I brought it back stating that it’s going left even more. They said well to check an alignment you’re not supposed to let go over the wheel. I have called 5 other places including another pep boys and they all said to that’s the way to check an alignment, take hands off steering wheel just for a few seconds. I will be calling corporate because my car is still not aligned and I am not going to wear my tires unevenly because no one at that shop wants to listen to me. I am a service tech myself and how everything was handled was not right. Do not go to pepboys in Monroeville.
