The team at Pep Boys is exemplary. They took care of me with an emergency situation within an hour right at closing and then took care of me again when I had to come back in for an alignment and I’m just very impressed with the whole team! Tim especially was super helpful and knowledgeable, great customer service! Great value!

They handled my car very quickly they also were able to print a document that was needed for my vehicle inspection which they didn't have to do which they went a little above and beyond to help!

I arrived for my scheduled, 9 am appointment with doors locked and no employees in sight. After a few minutes, somebody arrived late with a hot gas station coffee in her hand. She bristled past me by the door without saying a word. After a few more minutes, I stepped inside because it was cold and rainy. I gave her a few more minutes to get set up before saying “excuse me, I have a 9 am app,” at which point I was cut off with a hand raised in the air and shout to be quiet. I left immediately. This location is one of about a hundred stops on McKnight Road to get an oil change - fortunately, a competitor was more than happy to take me in right away. Hard pass on this location AND the employees who “work” there.

I visited pep boys McKnight Monday evening. I’m driving a rental from enterprise, with only one functional wiper blade. It was around 530 pm, the guy at the desk, Mark, said he didn’t have a tech, but he thought it would be an easy fix. He pulled the car into a bay & was able to correct the issue. He’s not a tech, but I wanted to say thanks - he went out of his way to help me out, he certainly didn’t have to.

Rhe, was helpful and informative. She is top notch!! All services I scheduled were done in a very reasonable amount of time. My suggestion if you are scheduling multiple services,Call the store because the online tool doesn't provide all the information to the shop. They are amazing to their customers. Wonderful experience from start to finish!

No stars for PEPBOYS - Customer Service and Management are awful. The told me they were too busy to take me at my 10am appointment, and it would be too long to wait. I called LOCKHART TIRE and they were able to fix my problem in 20 minutes. BYE pepboys!

Service was good and tire price was excellent It took 2.5 hrs to install 4 tires, which should be done in about half that time .

Came in with a nail in my tire and Mr John Gilmore took us right in, astonishing minutes we were done. Best service you could ask for! Will definitely be back to get my car worked on again!! very professional and very pleasant staff. Turned a bad Sunday into a great sunday!!

It's terrible, you are so unprofessional!!! I went there on time according to their appointment today! But their staff told me that their staff was on break and asked me to go tomorrow or Saturday! Why did you make an appointment for me when you were on break, which delayed my time and schedule

These guys are awesome, Mark and the whole team helped us out when we really needed it and fixed up our car on short notice. We would have had to cancel a 4 day trip if they hadn't helped us. Can't say enough good stuff about this location. Thanks guys!

For a big national brand, I was rather surprised to the level of individual care and helpful advice staff members have me. I would have expected forced up sales and suggestions if more expensive offerings, not easy DIY tips and coupons handed out. Quick, clean, and professional to boot.

I just want to let you know that Rheaha (Rhe) at the North Hills/Mcknight Rd Pep Boys in Pittsburgh, Pa is so helpful and extremely pleasant to speak too. It makes all the difference in the world with customer service when you have people like this. She needs to train people.

Second time i made an online appointment to have my car inspected to be turned away and told to "make a new appointment or leave it for the night". Not to mention the not being greeted and instant annoyance of me walking in. People make a damn appointment for a reason, how about have the decency to save people a trip and CALL to tell them you can't take them anymore, isn't that what you leave a phone number for? Ridiculous.

TIM. Jessica was filling in this week and I stopped to make an appointment. Was unable 2 get one until Monday. Between her and Jessie it took wd40 and a little help of the screw driver for the latch to loosen. I appreciate their kindness and concern. Now I can drive safely in my vehicle with the hood completely . Great workers!!! closed.

Worst experience i have ever had with a mechanic. Basically got yelled out on the phone and got told i needed something i didnt. Couldn't pay me to even dial their number again.
