Went in for a flat tire repair on the fly and despite being slammed with business they were able to fit me in. There was a bit of an issue with their automated alert system to give updates but the staff was friendly, helpful, and responsive to inquiries. They were able to identify an issue with a small dent in my rim that was causing a slow leak that had been an issue I couldn't resolve for several years costing me a ton in flat tire repairs. These guys were so helpful with providing options to get the issue fixed inexpensively and recommended a great independent local welder to sort the dent out. Excellent experience, and they didn't even charge me for the service provided. Absolute gems those guys are. They don't tend to take appointments but if you're in a pinch and can't get to your regular mechanic, these guys are great.

Special shout out to Eddie who helped me immensely. Great team here who made sure my car was safe for winter driving, got me back on the road quickly and provided a great inspection with photos of the repairs

Pep boys in Shady Side was great! The clutch went out on my wrangler. They let me leave it at the shop and got it fixed within a few days. They also gave me a quote for something else I need to fix soon. Shoutout to PepBoys! You are some real superheroes

They are liars. My brakes were new firstly they wanted to change both side then just rear. I had problem in car. Instead of dealing with one part they wanted to change all part and tried to charge me 1500.
