All I can say is wow!! The manager that runs this store, runs a tight ship here! I must say this is the best looking pepboys in the valley. Presentation is everything! On top of it being clean and presentable for a customer. They provided you with quick & honest service.

Engine Mount installation, AC service and house replacement, AC charge. Communication excellent. 12 months or 12,000 miles warranty which ever comes first. Fast and efficient service.

This place is awesome! The guy & girl up front are great. They took care of my car without pushing me to buy any additional services. The gentleman up front prioritized what I really needed. I really appreciate that. The store is going through renovations but even then the waiting room looks clean & presentable. The shop is clean and very appealing. I would recommend this shop to all my friends & all those that are reading the store reviews.

Total disappointment worst service ever brought in two tires took an hour and a half nobody working in the bays me and three other customers are we were upset disappointed in on top of that they tried and wanted to charg me a $60 service fee that only applies if I brought in my vehicle. Would not recommend going to the pep boys on 27th avenue Phoenix Arizona

My APPOINTMENT was at 1:00 and was told it would be an hour. Fair enough. However, i've been here an hour and a half and now they tell me it is going to be another 30 minutes as they just now got the truck on the rack. They overbook their appointments at their customers' expense. Will not be coming back.

Had a battery fail under warranty. Went in to exchange it and the guy said he was too busy. I said it’s okay I can install it I just need to exchange it. Hi is reply was that he couldn’t do it because he didn’t know how to work the register. Went to a second location on McDowell and they had the door locked an hour before they close and wouldn’t answer the door. They make Autozone look upscale.

I had a flat tire on a rental car, I called the rental company and they weren’t so helpful, giving me a line of excuses to try to fix it. Not to mention they simply needed to open a ticket with Pepboys to help me patch it or have them put the spare tire so it could be replaced by them. They told me I would have to wait on them to see if they could approve the repair since their local office was closed (when the weather was about 109*) . Oscar was very professional and prompt patching my tire and never hesitated to look at it to help me. Phone was answered in a timely manner the first time I called, I was able to walk in for my inspection, Oscar was quick to acknowledge and service was great, definitely recommend.

I came to switch out my headlights. It took about an hour. The front door is locked, and the entrance is on the left-hand side of the building. Waiting room temperature was only 3 degrees less than outside temperature. They have a large rented fan blowing very hot air doing nothing for us waiting as we sweat.
