Came in because I had some shakiness, I got my wheels balanced and I had a frequent problem with wheel studs breaking, they noticed I had one in my trunk and fixed one that was broken for me and helped me with spacers on my rims. Nothing extra, just what I needed. They didn’t try to upsell anything, everything they did they came in and told me. I felt safe and the crew was awesome. Louie was great and got me in and out. Mind you, I booked the night before at 10pm, online.

The Employees at this Pep Boys were very friendly and courteous. After dropping my vehicle off, they were able to get the work done quickly. I really appreciate it that communication with me when they explain things it made perfect sense. I would recommend this Pep Boys for Service on your vehicle.

The wait time was short and the mechanic was very thorough in his inspection and very helpful with recommendations. He included pictures to show why he suggested a power steering repair. It was a great experience!

Don’t go here they tried to charge me 1400 on issues that weren’t even on my diagnostic the issue it did say cleared up after a few days because I had dirt im my gas tank from pumping at circle K my vehicle has been done ever since the system cleared it self no engine light issue now boy they would have got me because they make money off the labor work so yo higher or how’s into their pockets sad

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Pep Boys Auto for a rideshare "inspection" & I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received from Josh & Tom the technician. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, professional, & eager to help. They took the time to explain the process, had the inspection document on-hand & provided me with clear instructions on the process goes. The inspection was completed quickly & efficiently & Tom, the technician even went above & beyond & double checked the tire pressure to ensure that my car was ready for a smooth ride. They charge $20 for this service & is offered M-F from 4pm - 5pm; no appointment required. I will definitely be returning for future services & recommending Josh & his team! A fantastic experience overall!

Brought in my work van for an oil change. Josh was very professional, kind and even brought me out my water when I left it at the front desk. My coworker had to do the same for her work truck at the same location and they were happy to take care of her work van last minute. Josh, you're awesome!

Honest and quick turnaround. I had gone to a different shop for a service and was told I needed X, Y, and Z things done totaling a very pretty penny… This shop told me it was actually a simple fix and saved me a huge expense. Thanks, will be going here moving forward

Went to this location originally for tires. Got tires and everything went great. Went about a week ago to get my tires checked because my pressure gauge kept reading between 24-21 PSI when it’s supposed to stay at 35. I had made an appointment for them to inspect my tire and see what the issue was. 1. They never took my tire off the car to fully inspect 2. They stated my rim was cracked when in reality it wasn’t because after they tried to upsell me a rim, I called my dad and got him involved. They pulled me back there and then said my rim was fine and so is my tire and that the reason the gauge was dropping PSI was due to the weather. Excuse me but it is not the weather especially since I’ve been filling them every 2 days and have the warranty on the tires. When asked them to take it off and inspect it, they said they won’t do that and if they did, they’d have to charge me. I said discount tire does that free of charge so this doesn’t make any sense. 3. At the end of the appointment, nothing was done, they filled my tire with air even though I voiced my concern of not feeling safe with a tire like that and they disregarded it. That was truly one of the most sexist experiences I have experience because hands down if I were a man, that would have NEVER happened. I ended up going today to pep boys on Sahuaro, here by Shea blvd in Scottsdale and they FOUND THE NAIL! WOW! If only this location would have followed procedure and taken the tire off and inspected, I wouldn’t have wasted my time for the past week and a half for this. I will never come back to this location! The team in Scottsdale were so approachable and friendly, that they will be getting my business from now on.

Had brakes done on front, 2021 carry le...$444...not good enough health to do them myself...appt 9 am left 10am...fast..and inspected rear brakes, told me 50% left.....very happy when I left

Very quick and efficient got an oil change thought I needed brakes and they told me I didn't . ..went some where else breaks started grinding needed new rotors car brakes fine now ..if you go here good luck:( cant wait for the stock response for bad service.

Went in to replace all four tires and an oil change. Josh was amazing. He was very professional and super friendly. He answered all of my questions. The technicians were efficient and handled my car with care. Great experience.

Great service, however, your online appointment system does not work well. I made an 11:00 a.m. appointment for today only to arrive early and be told that there would be a 2-hour wait. Josh was very helpful in explaining the fact that your system does not take into account how many people make an appointment for any given time and how many people are actually working in the garage. Fortunately, Josh believes in good customer service and he had me out within an hour by juggling some other appointments. If you're not going to make your online appointment system work properly, then you shouldn't " encourage" people to make online appointments in the emails that you send.

I was charged $534 for a part that i could literally go next door to their shop and buy from the retail auto parts store for $255. Absolute joke

They charged us $300 for a part that was $40 from Autozone. I would definitely go somewhere else. They were also very unhelpful and rude to my husband.
