Been using Pep Boys for a long time , until now I usually trusted them with the prices . I was busy when picking up car . But when I got home I discovered that they overcharged me 4 times on 1 part. Also added bunch of fees so my 70$ blower motor with 15 min of installation ( you can replace it from the cabin with 3 screws without removing anything) turned out into 450$ charge . Don’t trust them with right pricing , always check they tend to scam and jack up prices ridiculously high. Only good rates they have for regular adds like oil change and etc to lure customers in. For everything else be aware

I haven’t been inclined to write a review in a while, but I had such a wonderful experience I just had to! I needed to bring my 11mo. old with me to get an oil change and everyone was so wonderful and accommodating. The staff and other customers were so kind. One of the mechanics was cheering on my son as he was learning how to walk. I was definitely nervous to bring him along, but we ended up having a great time and the service only took an hour despite it being pretty busy. We’ll be back!

Car “failed inspection”. Tried to charge me $700. Brought it to a local mechanic. Car passed inspection. Do not recommend. Pep boys is going out of business.

Had a flat tire. Needed a new on. The gentlemen at Pep Boys had me come in late afternoon and proceeded to replace my tire in a timely fashion.

I took my Honda Odyssey to Pep Boys Andorra for a wheel alignment and new tire. I waiting in their waiting area and it took about 1 hr to complete the job. They did a good job installing the tire and aligning the wheel. Van drives great now!

Shawn Keane (store manager) was extremely polite and professional. Went in to purchase 4 new tire along with a wheel alignment. Took less than 1 hour and was completed. Shawn would answer the questions that I asked and I would highly recommend this location (Andorra) to people in the surrounding Philadelphia area. Mark Cratin

Had a great experience here! My battery died while still under warranty with pep boys. Was able to start the car, brought it in to the shop and they were able to check my battery, alternator, and starter all at once. They confirmed that the battery was the only issue and my new battery was free of charge and also came with a warranty itself. The staff were very polite and helpful, and the work was done within a few hours. Couldn't have had a better experience!

The absolute laziest men work here. I was rescheduled twice due to the manager claiming the same man power excuse. Claims he only had two guys working. The second time I showed up for my appointment dropped off my car got checked in , and told it be 2-3hrs wait. An hour after being checked in by the desk another guy calls saying “man power “ we can’t do it. Either these guys are extremely lazy or extremely incapable. I had a friend a year ago get towed to this location and they again found an excuse not to be of service. They completely suck here. No respect for the customers time and inadequate at their jobs. Take your business elsewhere.

Any place that sells this much oil and does not accept used oil for recycling should be fined by the state. Ridiculous that they folks don’t accept used motor oil.

Auto technicians were well spoken, knowledgeable and professional! My Technician (Phillip) was extremely thorough. He checked my air filter which I didn’t mention and changed it. Details and safety! That is the business ethic I like! Thank you!

Everyone at Pep Boys on Ridge went out of their way to help me. My check engine light went on over the weekend and I needed to get my car diagnosed and fixed before the start of the work week. On a Sunday, everyone went out of their way to get the needed parts and to work diligently to help me get my car fixed and ready to use before Monday. I was so impressed and grateful. Great experience every time I come here...

This place sucks. Made an appointment for an oil change and battery replacement. Go in today (with my ride home) and they turn me away saying they ran out of synthetic oil? A simple call saying that would have been super helpful. Never going back!

Went to Pepboys on Ridge for a set of 4 new tires. Made an appointment for later afternoon and called to confirm the guy said they are backed up but it will be done today and if I bring it in earlier it would be best. So I take it in at 12pm. Get a call at 4pm saying they can’t do it today and that it was never promised and that they were short staff due to call outs. This was told by the apparent assistant manager “JERRY” whom I must say is very unprofessional. If he really is a assistant manager he will stay there cause I would not promote someone who does not have basic communication skills and chooses to argue with a customer versus just explaining professionally and maturely that they are short staffed. Instead he wants to go back and forth on saying it was never promised my tires would be done. When the last gentleman said it would. Hence why I made an appointment on your site. Wasted my time and a silly clown manager. Don’t waste your time here.
