Haven’t been to Pep boys for service for a while. The store has changed my appointment was honored. It was not an all day process. Services i needed were suggested but not forced on me. I have a warranty and was able to use my coupon (the best part). Thank you Pep Boys!

Came in for an oil change, pa inspection, and tire repair. For some reason they couldn’t even change my oil filter “over torqued” even though I only went through the dealer prior to this. They did not communicate this with me until after I picked up the car. If you can’t take the filter off why would I ever return? They told me to go back to the dealer for my next oil change. For my tire repair, they just filled my air. I clearly asked for a patch and they didn’t even bother. Waste of my time. Lastly, the only thing they did right, the PA inspection. I gotta say, I’m still a bit upset because they wiped the glass and left streaks. Horrible service I will never return here

Took my car to this location for a battery replacement. They changed me for a new battery. The next day my car broke down. Got it towed to a local mechanic and was told I needed a battery. They never replaced the battery. When I explained this to the manager at this location and showed them the battery they said they don't give refunds. They are truly deceptive.

Made an appointment for 1/28/2025 arrived on time and was greeted and helped by employee Nick didn't get he's last name but he made my experience simple and stress free I dropped my vehicle off for repairs because I had to work he really made sure my experience was comfortable and he also kept me informed I was in for a repair to the oil filter housing unit on my 2019 Jeep Cherokee I recommend getting serviced here I've never had an issue with the service here 💯

I was lied to when I got here my car broke down and it was blocking the driveway. I told them that I needed help getting the car into the bay. They told me that the jump box was stolen and I then called somebody to help me get a jump and when I got the car to start and took the jumper cables off the car cut off and I couldn't get the car into the bay. It wasn't until another car needed to be towed into the lot that they came out and jumped the car with a jump box that they said they didn't have and then they moved the car to a parking spot and told me that I needed to get a battery to bring it into the lot when I could have just drove the car into the shop with the jumper box connected to it. After bending $400 buying two batteries that they said that I needed, they found that the problem was the alternator and not the batteries and wanted me to pay an additional $1,486 for the alternator and service

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had at your service department, specifically involving Manager Jeff. On 11/20/2024, I brought my vehicle in for inspection, during which I was informed that my wiper blades had failed the inspection. The wiper blades were purchased on 07/11/2024, so I was understandably confused as to why they would fail so soon. I politely requested a second opinion from Jeff, only to be met with hostility and an intense argument. After an unnecessary amount of confrontation, Jeff eventually agreed to inspect the wiper blades himself. Upon inspection, he determined that a misclip on one of the wipers was the issue—an odd finding, especially considering the wipers were brand new and the other wiper was still intact. Throughout this ordeal, Jeff displayed a dismissive attitude and seemed unwilling to assist in a professional manner. Additionally, upon my arrival, he appeared upset because I did not have hard copies of my insurance and registration. However, as you may be aware, the DMV no longer provides hard copies of these documents, which made Jeff's reaction seem inappropriate. It is also confusing that there are signs in your office requesting hard copies of these documents while also providing an email address for submission. Furthermore, Jeff told me that I do not have to return to your service department and that I am free to take my vehicle elsewhere for service. As a long-time customer, I regret to inform you that I will be following his advice. I have always valued your services in the past, but after this experience, I can no longer justify giving my business to a company that treats its customers in such an unprofessional manner. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and address the behavior and attitude of your staff to prevent future incidents like this.
