I took my car there to find out what the problem was. I described what was happening and was told that they would do a diagnostic test. He called me and told me that there was a problem with 2 sensors and that it would be $400+ for one and 200+ for the other. When I got there to pay for the test, that information was not on there. I took my car and left. I feel like I was being scammed.

Angel and the crew did a great job servicing my vehicle. The waiting area could use some sprucing up and it'd be nice if the car didn't come back so dusty and with fingerprints but otherwise a great experience.

I needed a new battery and some help so I went to the pep boys on Allegheny avenue in Philadelphia Pennsylvania a young man named Sadiq was my server he was an awesome customer service very good with manners very good with information knew what he was doing and help me tremendously and I am very very grateful he deserves a raise and I bought a battery

Pep boys did a great job replacing my tire! I took my vehicle to Firestone who had my truck for 4 hours and didn't find any leakage. Still putting air in everyday until I went to PEP BOYS, who not only found the leak but replaced my tire.Thanks Guys!!

This was my first and last visit to PepBoys. I only went to this PepBoys for a tire plug because I had a screw in my tire. I went to a location that had the availability and was near my home. I made an appointment for 12 noon. I arrived early and thought that I'd be home in 30-45min. I didn't ask for any other work to be done on my vehicle. They stripped my lug nuts on my vehicle. When I told the advisor that I only take my vehicle to the dealership for maintenance, inspections, and any other work that needed to be done, he backed off and stopped trying to sell me things. They also failed to inform me of how much the air filter would cost. The website says one thing, but they charge another. Filters for your car are not expensive and are as easy to replace as putting air in your tire. I sat at this Pep Boys for 2 hours. ALL FOR A TIRE PLUG. My vehicle was recently inspected, if they "inspected" correctly, they would have seen the sticker and when my next visit was. Thus, I did not need anything done to my vehicle. As I stated before, I was ONLY THERE FOR A TIRE PLUG!!! The bill cost 189! I flipped out because I know how much things cost! Tire plug $25-30, car filters both no more than $50 + labor, which was not listed. The advisor tried to tell me that I did not give him a chance to tell me the price, and while informing him of proper customer service, I told him that regardless, you still inform customers of how much they are spending before the work is done. I didn't even receive a repair statement or the acknowledgment that was signed for the tire plug. Remember, I only went in for a tire plug! Even though I was not charged for anything, it was poor business practice to do something other than what the customer asked for. If the inspection is complementary, you still need to ask the customers permission FIRST.

I didn’t had an appointment and I was took in for a oil change was done by two employees in under 20 minutes and I saw when they even rotate my tires and inspected my brakes and air filter out of this planet great team great store I fully recommend it

My visit to this Pep Boys was great! Angel and his team really helped me get out a bind with my tire. They explained what was going on with my car thoroughly and were very professional. They also fit me in when I did not have an appointment. Overall great service!

Sadiq was really professional, kind and accommodating when I needed to get in and out quickly during a busy work day. They got me in for an oil change and out ahead of schedule. I appreciate the fact that they made sure that everything was on par with my vehicle and that I was all set. Shoutout to this awesome location!!!
