Speaking As a Satisfied repeat customer with several vehicles serviced by PepBoyz for the past 10 years. My experience has always seen a pleasant, professionally performing staff that treats me like family. Over the years I’ve had to show up without appointments many times out of necessity. No matter how busy the shop was they always made time to fix my problem . The friendly courteous service I have received over the years will keep me coming back.

Daniel, Cliff and their other colleague in the front, and Eduardo the technician, all were very helpful and worked with me to address my car’s needs for new tires, oil change and new battery. The physical location could use some updating and comfort for waiting customers.

He worked hard to provide me with a clear understanding of what was needed and what I could expect to pay. However, it was Ivan's exceptional work in conducting the repairs and replacements that truly made my experience stand out. His technical expertise and attention to detail were impressive, and he did an outstanding job of getting my vehicle back in top condition. Ivan's ability to implement the necessary repairs efficiently and effectively was truly commendable, and I appreciate the care he took to ensure everything was done correctly. Alex also played a key role in keeping me informed throughout the diagnostic process, providing me with regular updates on what was needed and what was being done. But it was Ivan's skilled hands that brought everything together, and Daniel's careful management of the costs that made the entire experience so positive. Mr Ortiz and crew were great as always it was Sunday Daniel opened the store 20 minutes early. Within an hour the new battery was installed and ready to go. All discounts were lovingly applied. It is one shop my wife likes going to.

I recently bought a used car and now I am finding my own place for service, so I decided to visit my old time pals, Pep Boys. I have to say it is shocking to see Pep Boys still has such a good price. The tech guy that serviced my car was so fast I had to price him. The sell guy inside was pretty straightforward and treat me with respect. I was mesmerized to see Pep Boys still helping customers, although the sell rep explained that even though it is not always as smooth as my experience, they always try their best. He mentioned that if the day is hectic or full they normally are not that fast, but i think is understandable. Overall, they take a big thumbs up! Keep it up and thank you sincerely from a guy on the other side of the fence!

last monday i bring my 20 years old car, Diego at the reception ,and Ivan as the very good mecanic , have done an excellent work ,and help to replace the suspension .They have being very professionel , kind ,knowledgable. very HONEST. thank you so much. I dropped my car off at 1pm and went about my day like normal. I saw a missed call from them and immediately called back several times with no one to answering the phone. When I arrived at the store to see if my car was ready, no one knew what was going on. The person I was working with left, and left no instructions. My car apparently had an oil leak but I was told that I had to wait for the person who was helping me to come back. I was also told by one of the employees that he was waiting to leave because he is not getting paid overtime for this so he was waiting to go home. He was really rude and ready to kick me out the store. The workers were really incompetent and treated me as if I didn’t matter. It was a horrible experience. Will never go back again.

got my tires changed and the associate couldnt process my payment so i had to use another card. Was told that i would be able to do a refund and charge the appropriate card no problem with a manager present, only to go in and have the manager tell me that it isnt possible. Train your staff to do their job correctly and give proper information and stop wastinf peoples time

Excellent customer service and they are super fast. This was my first time getting an oil change here. I usually take my car to dealer but it was getting too expensive. My appt was at 8 and I arrived early at 7. They took my car right on and finished under 30 mins. They also had a $20 coupon online so the oil change was very affordable.

I the service was great they were on point the price was very good, I had two coupons( one for barkes & one for Oil change) that I used, I recomenmed to make appointment like this you lnow you have your spot at your appointment time. they were pretty fast for a saturday only waited 1 45 minutes. they ONLY thing they need to fix is the waiting area is very grimy and looks very dirty, the windows facing the work area look like they never been cleaned since they open the place. they can do a bit better on that part. but besides that service was great.

Terrible service. Scheduled a 9am appointment for a simple oil change. I finally went back at 12 noon to check on the status of my car. They had no idea, couldn't find my keys and then had nerve to say I was next.

Clifford and Anubis were the exact opposite of helpful. Everyone seems lazy in this establishment. I can see why they’re going out of business, they just don’t care. Ended up leaving WITH the tire because they were taking too long and our appointment was for 9 am. How far behind can you be at 9 AM?!?! Don’t waste your time and go here, listen to the reviews.

I had a disappointing experience at Pep Boys. I had an appointment. Came in for a simple tire plug repair, and the service was extremely unprofessional. When I explained that I needed a plug, the worker insisted that I show him exactly where the hole was. I pointed out the general area, which was clearly over an inch away from the sidewall. Still, he quickly dismissed it, saying it was too close to the sidewall. Despite my explanation, he refused to jack up the car to inspect the tire thoroughly and find the exact location of the hole. It seemed like he was more interested in sending me on my way than actually helping. If you’re looking for thorough or attentive service, I’d look elsewhere.

Best experience I have ever had! I just needed to get an oil change and I had stopped in 3 “main stream well known” businesses that do that kind of service and it’s always the same: you'll be waiting 2-3 hours at least or spend half a day just to get the oil changed. Not here at Pep Boys! What a pleasant surprise as they took me in right away ( and yes they were busy!) and told me since I didn’t have an appointment it might be an 1 1/2 hour wait. Very friendly and helpful staff, a big plus! My car was taken in 20 minute’s later!! What??? Really?? Yes! I was in and out in 45 minutes. Unheard of!! Unfreakingbelievable!! And yes that is a word. Outstanding service to the guys at Pep Boys at Cutler Bay! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Highly recommend!

Great service and cost as always. Very accommodating as well to customers needs. I don’t use Penzoil in my SS. They suggested to by my Mobile one oil and filter. They changed out and charged me labor. In and out in less than 40 minutes. Great customer service like I said as always.
