Came back for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told that I did not have the warrantees I was told I had upon purchase. The service manager completed lied and after follow up was told there was no recourse. DO NOT BUY THERE TIRES. Excellent service. Came in day before to pick out tires and receive estimate. Brought car in next day and all services completed on time. I may have paid a little more than a local rep but all the warrantees are great.

After five hours an $400 spent, I am left in same position. I went to this location to repair the check engine light that appeared. When I arrived I stood for 15 minutes before being greeted. When i was finally attended to, I was informed they must do a $100 diagnostic to determine cause. I was informed an extensive diagnostic was needed over a simple code check. I decided to proceed because I did not know severity The amount of diagnostic did not go towards anything. I arrived at this location around 10:30 and I was informed my oil pressure sensor needed to be replaced around 11:30. The turn around time provided was 1 hour. I sat for over two hours without an update. Once I stood up my car was miraculously finished. I was charged $100 for diagnostics and $300 for the repair. One day later the check engine light was back. I am very disappointed because I completed what they said was a thorough $100 diagnostic yet my issue is not resolved. I do not live in Miami, so now I will have to find a location near by to see why this is still happening. This was a waste of money and time. I do not recommend.

I am disappointed with the post-sales service I received from Pep Boys (I bought the car at HGreg, the Pep Boys were to provide post-sales service). After reporting that my car was shaking, I was assured that everything was in proper condition and I should just keep un eye to the tire pressure. Trusting their assessment, I continued using the vehicle. However, upon seeking a second opinion from a paid service provider, I discovered that the rims were twisted and the tires were deformed—issues that should and could have been easily identified and addressed by the Pep Boys service team. I proceeded with the necessary repairs at my own expense, I have the service receipts from Wheel Fix It Miami who showed me the actual problem. This experience has left me questioning the reliability and thoroughness of the post-sales support provided by HGreg with Pep Boys. I believe it’s important for others to be aware and consider seeking a second opinion if they encounter similar concerns. While I hope my experience was an isolated incident, I would encourage the company to improve their diagnostic processes to better serve their customers.

I visited this shop yesterday with the hope of getting my car serviced, specifically needing new tires. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The man behind the counter was not only rude but also displayed a level of unprofessionalism that was truly disappointing. I understand that there might be limitations, like not being able to service my vehicle due to liability concerns because I couldn't replace all four tires at once. However, the manner in which he communicated this was unacceptably harsh and disrespectful. This has left a very negative impression, making me hesitant to return or recommend this place to others. Customer service here clearly needs significant improvement.
