Since last year was so easy, I scheduled my rideshare vehicle inspection this year. Still the same - scheduled online, and they were ready when I arrived. Definitely worth the extra 8 miles past other places!

I just moved to a new area and had to switch locations for my services, I was a bit uneasy because I loved my previous location. But Erik cleared all those fears up immediately. He has amazing communication skills, immense knowledge of everything I needed assistance with, and his attitude is one of someone who cares very deeply for people. You have a hidden treasure here, pep boys!!

There's taxes on labor only service. However, Arizona does not have tax on vehicle labor service. I asked the advisor to take off the tax and he couldn't tax off the tax and they added another service charge to my billing. Eric was professional but didn't provide me with any information on my vehicle after installation of parts. Upon bringing in my vehicle, I had no check engine light on, and now I have a bunch of codes on my dash and a check engine light. Whatever they did, they created more problems to my vehicle. My vehicle wasn't sanitize in the mentioned vehicle processing.

The Pep Boys did their best being that I went in for a patch and ended up having to get two new tires while I was in a time crunch. I was still late picking up my kids from school, but I was happy with the overall quickness and honesty. :)

I don’t remember the name of the two guys the help me but they were both very nice people and they had great attitude and they were really friendly with me so I’m glad that I got to meet them both and got my car inspected at PepBoys I went to Pep Boy back in the year of 2001 to buy new tires for my first car and today I went back it was a very nice visit thank you PepBoys Happy Holidays

I went in to Pep-Boys to get my car inspected to drive for rideshare and they were great, kind and professional. They took care of me right away and didn't make me wait. If anyone in the rideshare business asked me where to take there car to get it inspected,, I would definitely recommend pep-boys on country club in Mesa.

I would highly recommend this Pep Boys location to anybody who needs servicing on their vehicle. Eric and Zack were very helpful and really took the time to assess and fix the issues with my vehicle. If you are in the area or live near this location definitely stop by and they will take great care of your vehicle.

Great customer service. I had to get my inspection done to drive for Lyft. I didn't have an appointment, but he had no problem getting it done for me. It was quick and easy.

I had an inspection done by the Store manager, Eric Yazzie. He did his job and Then some. I got in and out in a timely manner, and he gave me a few pointers for future reference. 10/10, that gentlemen made my experience smooth.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Eric at the Country Club Pep Boys location. I was having a rough day, and he truly turned things around for me. Eric was prompt, friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. Even though he was multitasking, he never made me feel like I was anything less than his top priority. He went above and beyond by printing out a lift form for me, something he didn’t have to do, but it made my day so much easier. His positive attitude and ability to handle everything with a smile really stood out. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about providing great service, but Eric is one of those people. Thank you, Eric, for making a tough day so much better with your kindness and professionalism!

My appointment was for Friday, November 15th. When I arrived, the manager let me know that his Tech has a couple cars ahead of me and he REALLY wants his Tech to finish those cars first. I offered to come back the next day; when I came back, the Tech never looked at my car. Instead the same manager attempted to "diagnose" the issue. When he couldn't figure it out, he asked me to leave the car at his shop until Monday for his Tech to look at. When I told him I needed my car for work, he casually told me to just take the day off. Again, I left the shop without any repairs. I called Pep Boys the following Tuesday, November 19th, explained my car issues and asked when the Tech would be available. The man who answered the phone told me to drop my car off Saturday before they closed. I did so; on Sunday, I never received a call so I called Pep Boys and was told the Tech doesn't work on weekends. I walked to all the way to Pep Boys to pick up my car. Today is Monday, November 25th & my car still isn't repaired.
