I recently went to Pep Boys on Guadalupe and Ellsworth. They were so very attentive and professional. They solved my battery issue with efficiency and the cost was very reasonable.

Took my vehicle here to get the tire patched.. Dropped it off and went back to work. They called me later in the day to tell me they cant find the key to get my tires off. Told me that I would need to have all my lugnuts extracted from all the tires then have them fully replaced - he expressed how pricey that would be and that its hard fix to figure out. I've had a tire rotation recently and that didn't seem correct. Went back over to grab my vehicle and opened my center console to see the key they needed sitting right there. I took it into the shop again and asked if that's what they needed and the guy laughed and said yeah. They are lazy and don't care about their clients. I would recommend not using this place. Took my vehicle someplace else and got it all fixed even though they said it wasn't fixable either.

Always able to help with my company’s fleet no matter if it’s a tire swap or patch or an oil change they take care of all our needs when it comes to vehicles. Glad they work quickly and smoothly.

I was very pleased with the service advisor and the courtesy he displayed. I was a little disappointed because, I brought the vehicle in due to a noise after I changed to new rotors and brake pads, but I was still charged a full brake service. The adjustment that they made was minimal.

Very clean shop and waiting area. My service advisor was very professional, knowledgeable, he explained exactly what my car needed with precise detail, while allowing me to make the decision on how to proceed with the repairs. Going with an urgent need, to a should do basis made the choices easy. The work was completed flawlessly and on time at a very fair price. These are definitely the go to guys for any auto repair and the best shop in the east valley. Stop by and say hi, Ray and his team will appreciate you for it. On top of all this, this guy is hilarious. Give them a chance. You'll see what I mean

These guys changed staff a few years ago and are now the most incompetent team in the valley. Front desk is rude and will scream at you for asking questions. stay away not worth your money. Everything takes days because they have no staff. They hate working there as well. Lol, last time they both asked me were i work and if we were hiring...

Had a small air leak at the valve stem and brought the car in on a Friday afternoon and after I paid $26 for an O ring, the tire is going flat faster than before they touched it! And they don't have the time to fix it the next day after they didn't do the work right in the first place...? Not going back here again.

I took my kia sorento here because it would not turn on sometimes, and they told me it was a software issue and they said to take it to Kia dealership, they charged me $150 for just a diagnostic fee, they said it was the starter, not software, decided to take it to another pep boys on main st, in mesa, they helped me more then the guys on this location 🤦🏻‍♀️

First thing in the morning I realized that the cover under my car was dragging on the ground. I know that Pep Boys opened at 8am but I still called at 7:30. They answered and said to bring in my car. I was so grateful! They had a jam packed day and STILL got my car fixed. THEN....The next day when I am supposed to leave for a road trip I discover a screw in my tire. I drove right over to Pep Boys again and they were able to squeeze me in even though they were booked solid. I cannot tell you how grateful I am for their help to ensure my vehicle was safe to drive as well as the way they handled my situation(s). Seriously amazing customer service! They are awesome! Thank you again!!!

I love Pep Boys! I have been there several times with a few of our vehicles and each time they are so kind, friendly, and helpful! Ray and team are amazing and I would recommend their services to anyone. Especially for all the flat tires out in Eastmark with all the nails from the construction.

My tire has had a slow leak this past week. They’ve gotten out to help me quickly, and recommended I get it fixed. They were able to get me in right anway and fix in under 30 minutes!! Specifically, Brock is very helpful and kind. They rock, and I’ll go back for sure!

They were fast, complete and even told me my battery was dying, which was a life saver for me as my battery is hard to find. They gave me the time to find it instead of finding a dead battery one day when I get in the car to go to work. Love these guys.

These guys came in clutch for me. My valve stem started leaking out of nowhere while I was working. Popped in without an appointment or anything and they fixed it on the spot in like ten minutes. They seemed swamped but took care of me anyway
