I was in Memphis from out of town and had a tire puncture that resulted in an immediate flat late on a Saturday. Pepboys was one of the only places still open and open on Sunday. I was able to have my vehicle towed to their location and they were able to source my special-order tire and get me on the road Monday to beat a snow storm back home. The employees were so helpful and tolerant of my many phone calls to make sure things were moving on time. Great experience!

Pep Boys on Park was so helpful this past weekend when I found myself with a bad battery and a car that wouldn't start. Jimmy, the store manager, was not only friendly and kind, he was helpful in getting my car taken care of. In less than 24 hours, I had a new battery and was back up and running. This is the second time I have used Pep Boys on Park and I'm pretty certain they will be my go-to for all things cars! Highly recommend them! Thank you!

I came into a very friendly environment. Jimmy was very welcoming. I did not have an appointment. I came in to get brakes repaired & oil change. It ended up that I needed rotors also. I was there a long time. My vehicle was repaired & I was on my way. Thanks to all who serviced my vehicle. I appreciate you guys

I was up at pepboys for 4 hours trying to get a tire changed. This is ridiculous. So, inconvenient and in considerable. Mr. Jimmy came in and told the guys to get me taken care of. See Mr. Jimmy if you want to get your tired done swiftly without staying all day.

I made an appointment for the tires to be rotated and make sure the tires were inflated to their specifications. They found a nail in one of the tires. Thankfully we bought the tire warranty when we purchased our tires. The staff at Pep Boys took care of us and I got to meet Jimmy which just confirmed I was at the right place. Jessica helped me when we had a brake pad on the road lodge itself into one of the tires. She was why I chose to purchase new tires at Pep Boys. I will be serving our cars at Pep Boys. Thank you!

I just picked up my vehicle unserviced...AGAIN. This is the THIRD time I made an appointment for service; my vehicle didn't even move from where I parked it because "others came in before me." I always book the EARLIEST appointment available. I am DONE! My family has been coming to this service location since 2002, but no more!

I needed new rear shocks/suspension on my Ford Expedition. Tried this Pep Boys since it is 1 mile from my house where I recently moved – I am new to this part of town. The technicians were experienced and knowledgeable. The advisor, Franchone, kept me updated on the status of the work. He was helpful in getting the needed parts sent over quickly. I am glad I found this full service Pep Boys close to where I live, I will definitely be back.

Upon visiting Pep Boys (Park Ave) location, I was treated respectfully and I was out in 2 to 3 hours. This was my first time at this location. I've had pass experiences with (2) other previous locations and I was dissatisfied. I don't visit those locations anymore but I made an exception to try another location which was Park Ave b/c I was so close to taking my service to a different place of business other than Pep Boys. So far so good with my first visit. I hope that I will continue to be satisfied. If all goes well, this is where I will take my car. The inside was clean and looked nice, not saying the others weren't, just complimenting. Yours truly Satisfied customer

Stopped by to see if they could patch a tire, and they said it was going to be several hours of waiting, and recommended that I come back another time. Stopped by 4 times in one week, and they said the same thing every time. Went to a different garage and they patched my tire and had me out in less than 20 minutes. This place seems understaffed/overwhelmed.

Did a very good job at working me in when I did not have an appointment. I have uses Pep Boys before I moved to Memphis. Glad they are in Memphis. I pass this shop several times a week and the bays are almost always full which means they are doing good work and not out of line on their pricing.

I’ve visited two locations for services on two different vehicles. The locations on Park Ave and Mt. Moriah. Both are very professional, the location on Park Ave was more engaging with their customers that was waiting in the building while their cars are being serviced. I’ve only dropped off at the Mt. Moriah location.
