Got refered to the poplar store from the company my vehicle warranty is from. Made an online appointment to fix a fog light that was out and the switch panel on my driver side to roll my windows down. Was told I had to drop the car off till the end of the day. I had to call into work and spend 30 dollars on ubers to do this. Dropped car off at 10am and they called at 3 told me to come get it. Said they couldn't fix panel but another location could.mechanic said his debit card to order parts was locked. Didn't fix the light at all, when it only needed to be replaced.. Kept the car 5 hours for nothing.This wasted my whole day. First bad sign was when I called that morning at 9 and the lady at front desk answered hellolike it was her personal phone. Frustrated I had to make another appointment for the pleasant view location for the light when they could have easily fixed it.

We visited the Pep Boys on 2516 Poplar Ave, last week to fix a vibration noice problem with my daughter's used Hyundai Accent. No fuss, no muss it was fixed ASAP by the end of the day. Very professional service. I'll definitely look forward to working with them again next time.

Went in for a break job because they told me there were only two people ahead of me for very quick inspection jobs and I had to wait over 5 hours and they gave me nothing but excuses like how someone else was waiting longer than me...I could have done this job quicker and more professionally myself very upset

Lakeisha was terrible. Horrible customer service and rude.she would not even get up out of her seat to check the mileage and license plate and made me do it. I was also previously told to come back the week before on the same day and was turned away. Horrible employees at this location

Bought 4 new tires. Tires have exceeded my expectations thus far but the service has turned out to be highly Disappointing. I went to do my brakes recently and 2 lug studs had been cross threaded They have of course denied this but knowing they were the last ones to install wheel it’s obvious they did. I wasted money buying the road hazard warranty and can’t take advantage of free tire rotation either. I could never let them touch the car again. Mistakes happen but not owning up to it and the fact they cross threaded 2 lugs shows me they’re incompetent at best. The torque specs on the lug nuts are 80ft/lb. The torque required to remove the other lug nuts was way over 120lb/ft. I’ll never go back

Sold me a set of tires and the next day 2 were on flat and they told me to go to a rims shop after spending over 600 dollars and a warranty. I am so disappointed with the service and the way they do business in general. Please be aware of this place. Spend at your own risk.

Straight rude went in for an appointment I arrived 30 minutes early told Kenny that I came in early because online stated they were slow. Kenny replies to me rudely my tech called in and I'm the only one here I am going back and foward doing everything then says I won't be able to get in you in for your 230 appointment really Kenny you rudness was uncalled for and you all have lost a customer. You treat people with respect I'm coming into your business to spend my hard earned money. Kenny needs some customers service training asap!!

Do not go here. Two weeks ago, I made an appointment for an alignment and oil change. I received a call the same day, an hour before my appointment (at 3 PM), informing me that the alignment technician called out sick and my appointment had to be canceled. No other help was offered. I made a new appointment a couple of days later, went in, and realized (thanks to the gentleman at the counter) that I had made it for a future date. No biggie. I came back today to finally get my alignment and oil change done at my scheduled time, only to be told that the alignment machine was broken and they only had one technician working. They could at least do my oil change at some point. Why make an appointment then? And why was I not given a call? These were my questions to the man at the front, who then got defensive with me, telling me that I never said I was there for an alignment last week (which is irrelevant since the appointment in the computer was for that service). I had to de-escalate the situation myself by asking if my appointment could at least be transferred to another store, to which he replied no. So I was just out of luck. Finally, he understood and started calling other stores to see if I could be squeezed in. The one on Park could accommodate me if I dropped off my car, and they could get to it in an hour and a half, maybe. I'm too busy for a maybe. I'll just go to Ford like I should have all along.
