I made an appointment for today , called to confirm the appointment to be told they don’t have any appointments available and was asked to come back another day. Makes no sense that their website allows you to make appointments. I’m glad I called would’ve wasted my time for nothing and they didn’t have the courtesy to even call me to let me know.

Years ago I gave them a 5 star review, but a recent defective tire transaction now changes my rating to 1 star or less. I won't do business with them ever again.

Fast & amazing service! We had car trouble after traveling 5 hours from California. Turns out the turbo on our car had blown out. We were able to get an appointment for the next day where they completed the diagnostics and the repair in less than 48 hours. Highly recommend this location!

My car maintenance code/light came on and I initially asked a dealership for a quote since I had to go in for a recall anyways and was quoted at almost the 1k, and thought wow, that’s a lot, so my brother told me to call around to different shops and finally called pep boys off of jones, and Rich was so nice and helpful! he ended up telling me exactly what needed to be done with my car and was able to fix and complete maintenance within an hour and 10x way more affordable. I would 20/10 recommend pep boys off of jones.

Took my vehicle to pep boys for a routine brake check…. Turned into a $5,000 job that took 5 days to complete. I also bought 4 new tires along with complete brake system including master cylinder. And then get home and Sun Shade stolen from vehicle Crazy right? I’ll take vehicle to a different pep boys from now on Can’t trust this new younger management and techs primarily concerned with Lyft and uber inspections vice the old crew that fixed vehicles in an honest and timely fashion

This review is for the district manager at PepBoys in Vegas. I booked a rideshare inspection in the lyft app which says the inspection is $19. when you arrive you are told that the inspection cost has gone up and is now $39.99! FALSE ADVERTISING. the worker informed me this happens all the time because the district manager just decided to up the price but has not fixed this with lyft. If i wanted to pay $40 i could have booked with meinike 3 days ago. DO BETTER! BE HONEST! Will not be back for my next inspection

Siempre avia tenido buena experiencia en pep boys, pero hoy tenía sita en esta tienda para poner las 4 llantas a mi camioneta , y me lleve la desagradable sorpresa de que su mecánico no las quiso instalar que por que mi camioneta estava muy pesada , creo que me toco el tipo de persona con manos de princesa que no le gusta su trabajo .....

Went there today for an alignment but they refused service came up with an excuse that there's something leaking in my cv axle which has nothing to do with the alignment. They could've still done the alignment which I have a lifetime warranty on. They also mentioned abt shocks and struts they didn't even drive it around to test it. Terrible service. My husband used to work there and they are just trying to upsell customers that's why he left _______ Update : after they replied to my review 3 weeks ago (9/27/24), I emailed them as instructed. They replied right away and even gave me a case # to be reviewed my the field leadership team. Its now 10/23/24, nobody reached out to me still despite of several follow ups thru email. This shows how poor they handle these situations. Never again. I'd rather go to Firestone

Absolute waste of time. Set up an appointment; days in advance. Got there twenty minutes ahead of the appointment. Was told an hour and a half at most. My contact was available. I haven't heard back from them at all. Came back 2 1/2 hours later. They haven't even started the repair. They didn't bother to call it text. When I questioned the staff (Chris) why it wasn't complete and why wasn't I informed; his first response was..."Sir, there is no need to raise your voice" After this passive aggressive tactic to deflect any responsibility; I asked for my keys and left. Don't waste your time at this place of business.

I was charged for a Dyno, 110.00 I told them what I needed done 6 hrs. later nothing was done .no call then I returned They tell me, well we think you need . So I said my car been 6 hrs. And no call . I said how much is this going to cost He 110.00 I paid it and left I was that mad

We showed up late to our appointment we had the wrong time. They were still able to take us in with a little delay which is understandable. There was a wait g room so we just waited while we got our wheel alignment done. Again exceptional work and service. Thank you

UPDATE - Came back for an oil change and AGAIN GREAT SERVICE! Have another appointment to get radiator hose changed next week. Chris was great! Went in for battery service and he gave me honest feedback. Answered all my questions with other concerns I had as well. VERY HELPFUL. Will definitely be back
