I was coming from out of town with a broken strut and they were able to help me out quickly and for a reasonable price. The staff was very comforting and explained everything and they were able to help me get back in the road. A great place if you need something done.

So... I've been to this Pep Boys 4 times. Twice I was the victim of fraud, the next two, they didn't fix my problem and charged me far above industry average price. The first time, I was renting a car. Them, "This needs a lot of work, it will take us several days to get to it" Me: It's a rental, so either they are paying for it or no one is. Them: Your vehicle is ready for pickup. 2. I had the dumbest thought... if the rental company trusts the Pep near me, maybe I should do work there, and just know what I want. So I let them look at my cat while it had a rough start idle problem; and I embarrassed myself. I let them convince me that my faulty AC was the problem. I wanted to believe it so much, I got AC again 3. "Your car was stalling; why did we fix your AC?". Thank you captain obvious! Never come here. You should be able to give negative stars with id verification

This shop is professional, courteous and patient. Andrew took care of my car, and explained things simply and thoroughly. The service was prompt and I am delighted with my experience. Definitely recommend. FYI, there is a Mexican restaurant and a nail place right next door, in case the wait is a bit long.

They sold the retail store portion to a competitor. Now they specialize in tires and their big repair shop. The associate that answered the phone was knowledgeable, caring and helpful.

Went to a different store and got the same from the last location. Useless customer service. One location on eastern next to a Walmart store the other was on flamingo almost nearing Boulder Hwy. Please I appreciate your help and support but it should have been handled better by your team members. Thank you for your time and effort in wanting to correct my issue with your company.

Pat was so Awesome! I originally ordered my tires and set an appointment thru Walmart on serene for 10a, while there they cancel my appointment telling me their tool wasn’t strong enough to get the lugs off that I had to go to the dealer. They loaded my tires in the car and I went on my way, of course no one told me most places won’t use tires you purchased elsewhere. Luckily, I passed this Pepboy’s location on my way home to regroup. Pat took me in and explained that he could try with his tool and made sure I understood if he couldn’t get it off or if it broke that I could accrue more cost. He was amazing, and he got all the lugs off and put on my new tires! I am so thankful, saved me so much money and strife! Pat saved the day!

A Great Place! Finally a place that really cares about their customer’s experience and wants it to be GOOD! Not only have they been fair and ethical with us, but we witnessed them treating others with respect and understanding…and explaining things clearly and simply to other customers to help the customers make their best decisions and also save money when possible. Andrew was especially great. It’s rare to find a person and a company that truly puts the customer above the dollar. Very fair. We are very happy with our services here!

Everyone at the shop was super nice and Andrew at the front was very friendly and made sure everyone was taken care of in a reasonable time. Pat and Tony were great and efficient getting everything done and talked me through every step of the process which was great and made me feel really informed and good about choosing to come here to get a check up on my car. Definitely will be coming back.

I recently took my car in for front brake pads, and I was very impressed with the service. Andrew went above and beyond by inviting me to physically inspect the worn pads after removing the tire, giving me confidence that the replacement was truly necessary. The transparency and attention to detail made me feel comfortable having my car serviced here. Highly recommend this location for honest and professional service!
