The girl in the front was very rude when I went to ask for the alignment and balancing for my car, they took 5 hours when I was told there was 2 vehicles only ahead and now my steering wheel goes to the right when I let go of it at all and my car bounces all this was not happening before the alignment and balancing they told me that I needed to replace all my tires that I had a “manufacturers defect on them” haven’t had a single issue with the tires since I got them 6 months ago, first time bringing my car here and it will definitely be my last, crazy prices and the service is terrible and I feel like they did something to my car now my car feels worse than before I took it, would never refer place to anyone

Since July my vehicles steering wheel has been shaking. Grease monkey wasn’t able to fix my issue so I came here and Vuala ! It’s fixed and I’ve enjoyed my truck since then!

I brought my van back to complete repairs. On their initial inspection the had recommended brakes and rotors. However when they submitted the quote for approval they did not include the rotors. The quote was approved with out the rotors and I had to wait even more until they resubmitted the quote for the rotors. This guys are not to organized.

I went to pep boys to get my wheels replaced and when I left, I got a notification that my tire pressure was low, and it isn't reading correctly. I manually checked each of the tires PSI and they were all way over the MAX limit. It clearly states on the tire as well as inside the door what the tire pressure is supposed to be at so there shouldn’t be an excuse for this.. I spent a lot of money for this and you would think they could at least fill the air right... In addition to this the receptionist told me there was something wrong with my shocks but didn’t know how to explain the issue. Said she "thinks" it would be okay to drive.... Would not recommend this place.

I took my 2018 Buick encore because I was having issues with coolant leaking, and they were all amazing. All the employees were very kind and tremendously helpful. They were pretty packed that day too and yet still very patient and provided excellent customer service. They got the job done and I feel comfortable now having to take the car out of town. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future work, thank y’all! God bless y’all.

I never had an issue with taking in my vehicle any time I'll bring it but the last time I did was for an installation on some lower control arms. I arrived around between 12pm and 1pm. I waited about 2 hours in the waiting area and got picked up by a family member and left my car at the shop since the mechanics had a lot of work which I understood. Also, I had brought the parts myself. Hours passed by. They called me minutes before they close up the shop that they couldn't service my vehicle because they couldn't get my hood to open. It was a waste of time and I didn't see a point of them opening up my hood if I didn't ask for an inspection. I asked to install lower control arms which go on the wheels. That would be the last time I've gone and will ever go to pepboys.

If I could give this no stars I would. First off horrible service. They took forever to attend me. Twice they had my car for a day and did nothing to it. Both times I had “appointments”. They couldn’t find the warranty. Not once did they call me, to at least let me know, hey we won’t be doing the labor/service come for your car. One of the workers left their phone in my car and the manger asked me why their phone was in my car. What kind of question is that to a customer. I don’t know why they left their phone? How about why can’t you find my warranty! Or why didn’t you tell me in the beginning instead of wasting my time. This place is a joke.

One of my main things is they always seem to have on hand tire size 235/50R17. So of anyone needs that size they will for sure have it on hand. Everywhere else they need to order. On to the service, employees arr always friendly, very helpful and courteous. Services is very quick and always left without any problems or needing to go back. My one and only complaint and it's small is that I wouldn't mind them having some refreshments and maybe put a movie. Small complaint as I never really take that long there. Highly recommend taking your vehicle.

Went as a walk in and girl in front counter didn’t even ask for my truck info. Or phone #. I had to request for her to get my info. and after I told her I would wait 45 mins for them to check my truck. After 2 hours of waiting nobody knew where she had left the paperwork. SMH… had my truck fixed at Firestone instead.

Worst place, don't go there, inwent for trasmisión Oil change and they didnt put back the cover case, I drove 3 months without that cover risking major damage for the transmission. So irresponsable.
