Had a great experience! They are very thorough and I won't take my car any place else. They do a courtesy inspection (free) while they have your car on the rack, and if they find any additional issues they alert you to them and give you an estimate. And they include photos with your estimate so you can see the damage or issue they are referring to. So I'm comfortable taking my car there and confident they aren't out to swindle me. Also they work reasonably fast. If they tell you an hour, then you can expect your car to be ready in an hour. Love them!!

I went to get my oil changed and they immediately got started on it. I went next door 2 Firehouse subs to pass time. During the oil change they fund that both my air & oil filters needed changed. The gentleman Shawn tried reaching me on the phone to ask if I wanted them replaced. I wasn't able to answer because I was on an important phone call. He WALKED down the shopping center to find me!!! :) BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've received hands down. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here for any services. They are fast and their prices are great! Thanks Shawn for your customer service!!

Made an appointment four days in advance to have new tires installed. Showed up and was told it would be an hour to an hour and a half. I ended up stuck there for over FIVE HOURS. I had to ask them what was going on with my vehicle and then wait another two hours after the update. After the work was finally done, no discount was offered and nobody took responsibility for anything. This was the only day I had available to get this work done before leaving on a cross-country road trip, so I was stuck here. It ruined my entire day. I had to cancel important plans that evening as a result of the mismanagement. checked in at 12:50 for a 1:00 appointment for three new tires. my car wasn’t even in the bay until after 3pm. I was finally able to leave at a little after 6pm. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Great service until I get a call that my rear differential is leaking and they need another $400 to fix it to get it home and find out it’s not leaking at all still pull and no drips or evidence of a leak

Although I have made minor purchases at Pep Boys before, this is the first time that I have ever purchased a set of 4 tires before. I was very pleased with the overall experience! I ordered online, the tires were very competitively priced and in stock, and I was able to schedule the install at my nearby Pep Boys for the next morning. All of the staff were very helpful and welcoming! The waiting area and restrooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable. The only (very minor) problem that I had was when I got home I noticed that they forgot to reinstalled the valve stem caps. Other than that, everything was great! Besides, I was thinking about replacing those caps anyway. Great job, Pep Boys!

Do not let them inspect your car. Went in for a brake job that took 3.5 hours. After inspection I was told my lower oil pan was leaking. Mind you before I went in, my car was showing no “visible” leaking. After leaving there, my car is leaving oil spots everywhere. Had it looked at and was told my drain plug looks like it’s been messed with and that was the issue. So, basically trying to make me pay for an unnecessary job that wasn’t an issue before. Never again

I was seemingly forgotten about. Scheduled for 800 appointment because I told them I had other things to do for work later that morning. Arrived at 7:45 and was not able to leave until 11:15. I was never updated on the status of my vehicle and felt like they forgot about me by the way they acted when I went to the counter and asked how much longer until they were finished.

I was sent here through rent a center for new tires that I ordered to be put on, with an alignment included. They did not correctly do the alignment in March, so by October my 2 front tires were already showing wire. They have since redone the alignment but not before giving me all kinds of hassle about! Now I had to purchase 2 more new tires which I a paying on through rentacenter in addition to the original 4! They completely refused to cover cost of my 2 newest tires regardless of the fact it was their mistake in the first place. They are extremely rude and unprofessional as well. I wish I could rate them in the negative. Will never go back! Also, my tire traction light is now on and never was before.

January 6, 2025 1995 Camry V6 XLE Thank you PepBoys for making it right and for Store Manager Shawn calling and taking the time to call. I appreciate Brian, detailed mechanic and Jon customer service. With older cars have to be patience and I thank PepBoys for servicing car all these years. 1998 ES 300 Lexus I bought a lemon from local car dealer NOT knowing; even with a CarFax. Pep Boys at Centerline Drive took car and turned it into a diamond. They were NOT perfect but stuck with it over a several months as car was 25 years old and NOT easy to fix it all at once. Thank you for all you did to car.

SCAM ALERT! we waited 4 hours and walked around back several times and not once did someone check my car. They told me they had trouble finding this and that and quoted me a $2000 repair. Went to another shop & they found the $170 part and took 2 hours to repair. Avoid this place if you can

Had an issue with the lights deeming and fan not blowing air at a steady rate. Called ahead, got an appointment for just after noon, took the van in and they had it diagnosed quickly. A new alternator, tensioner and belt were needed on the high mileage van (220K+ miles) and they fixed it before the end of the day. Well Done.

I had scheduled an appointment at 9am, and when I got there, they said the computer had it at 1030 so I had to wait until that time for them to start. The associate up front told me that they were gonna get me in as soon as possible since I was there already, so I had hope I would leave soon. I was having 4 tires swapped and balanced, and yet it took 5 hours to do that. Good deal on tires but the installation costs you

I had a tire issue on a Sunday. They were open, accepted my car even though they were extremely busy and got the job done for a very reasonable price. Jon and Janet were a big help and kept me posted to the progress of my tire issue. Thank you for being there when I needed you. The car diagnostic which goes along as a free service is also outstanding.
