Bill, your mechanic is not only kind and respectful, but honest. He is one of a kind in this industry full of dishonest mechanics. ( I have met a few in a very short time ) I consider myself fortunate that I met him at Pep Boys. I sincerely urge women especially, to ask for Bill at Pep Boys on S. Fry Rd. Katy, TX. and he will treat you right. If Bill ever leaves Pep Boys to go with another company, I will follow him. He is that awesome and honest.

I will never come here again. Gave this place second chance. Got there 20 minutes early for an appointment just to be told it was going to take 45 minutes to ab hour. I said I had an appointment and the rude Asian or Hispanic lady behind the counter said, "but that guy was here before you. I said,"I had an appointment". She again said, "he was here before you". I left. Bad business and not accommodating at all.

I scheduled an appointment for an inspection (state) and an alignment. They were ready for me and took the car straight in. Friendly service and a warm atmosphere describe this location. I got a message saying the car was ready, same friendly folks when I returned. The work was exceptional.

Beware of unethical practices! I purchased a tire on-line from Pep Boys and the price was quoted on-line including installation. However, when checking out after the tire was installed, they charged an additional $17 which they claimed was taxes. When I got home I checked my email for the on-line quote. It included taxes. I returned to the store to ask for a refund of the $17 and showed them the email. They would not honor the on-line quote or refund the money. No wonder auto repair shops have an unethical reputation.

Don't go here. You make an appointment and think you have one and then come in and they say oh we called everyone to tell them we can't do their appt. Shady and said I didn't have an appointment and then showed confirmation only to the surprise of them to say it wasn't in the system. SHADY!! I got no call and customer service was horrible by lady at the front. No sympathy or apology just sorry. I don't have you in the system nothing I can do.

I wish I can put a lower score. I just had services done and forgot to use the coupons that would’ve worth 50 dollars. After I walk in right after my daughter paid for it, they rejected to reverse the charges. I have then called the corporate office and got rejected. This is not acceptable. I will never ever be near this shop again I suggest y’all reject this repair shop or simple, pep boys.

Purchased 4 Cooper Tires to replace them on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The appointment was for 4PM, got to the store at 3:45 PM. The vehicle was not pulled into the mechanics bay after 5PM. I did not get my vehicle back til 6:45PM. So I don't think they honor the appointment system. I felt like I was treated like if I was just a walk-in customer. Something else that is very misleading is the Purchase 2 tires and get 2 free. So the online advertisement says that the price per tire was 128.99. So you would think that the cost for the 4 tires would have been 128.99 x 2 + all the fee's for the 2 tires. Well that was not the case, so what they do is actually charge you 257.99 per tire and then give you credit of 130 per tire. So really you are going to pay $516 + fees for all tires and not the 258 + fees you would expect if the tire were actually selling for 128.99 as advertised. So just be aware of this tactic. My walk out price was 683.

This PepBoys offers the finast service anywhere. I have been a customer since 2008. They have taken care of 9 different car/Suv's. I never brought them to the dealer unless a recall. I have always brought my cars to PepBoys. 5STARS! ***** Give them a try and save $.

Time is very value.... I understand that yall can do a simple oil change, because my mar is too low . .yall could tell me that when I drop off ma car. I make an appointment for 8:30am I dropped off my car at 8:30 n then yall call me at 10am talking bout yall can't do it ...yall make me waste time ...

I recently had my car serviced at Pep Boys. While the service itself was satisfactory, the waiting area could use some improvement. It felt a bit unkempt. Overall, a decent experience, but a nicer waiting environment would make a big difference.

was in this service for the first time, asked to repair the tire I had punctured and replace the brake discs on the front wheels.The brake discs were replaced me and said to change the wheel, I refused the replacement and went to another service where I successfully caught the tyre. but when the nuts on the wheel were screwed one of them was not unscrewed because, as I was told by the masters, one nut was behind the wheel not in the right way , the bolt broke! I went back to your service and explained the problem and asked to replace the bolt. Told me it’s not their fault and change for free they will not! terrible attitude to customers! But understanding that they were responsible offered a discount of 20% for the replacement of the bolt that was broken by fault of the master I paid for the replacement of front brake discs 195.47$! and now I have to pay another $78 for a replacement bolt that they ruined me!
