I had a coupon for an oil change that was good thru the day I brought the car in, yet the advisor kept telling me it expired. He finally ran the charges and discovered the coupon was indeed good thru the day until closing. I asked that they take a look at a headlight that wasn't working. They fixed it by replacing the bulb ($40 for bulb and labor). Turns out the bulb they put in didn't match the brightness of the light on the passenger side. They had replaced the bulb with an OEM while not discussing with me what options I had to match the good bulb. When I asked if they would make it right, they refused and told me they had installed a working bulb. All I wanted was to put a matching, upgraded, bulb in and I would pay the difference in part cost. My request was denied. I now have to go to a parts store and use their free installation of the correct bulb.

My car wasn't starting well, so I went in Saturday morning. They were able to look at it right then and got it fixed (new battery needed) with plenty of time for me to get to work. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I will make them my first call in the future.

My neice came in with an overheating issue on the car. They were very good at determining the problem and gave me a quote on the work needed. Once they started they ran into issues and needed extra time. Still they honored their quote after the work was done. Thanks to everyone that worked on her car.

Worst pep boys ever, went to get my car aligned and got it back even worse steering wheel side ways car pulls even more to the side then they said they couldn’t fix it and said they couldn’t do nothing! No my car is super misaligned never going to a pep boys again lost my trust and respect!!

Although Louie was very apologetic and professional I will not recommend this business. It took 5 hours for an oil change and battery replacement.

Horrible experience at Pepboys, had a simple request to change my flat to my spare because i did not have the tools to change it and even after offering money to change it they wouldn’t even give me 5 min to make this simple change. Horrible experience and they do not care about you or the customer experience

RJ had a lot to juggle on his own up front, but did so gracefully. He was so sweet and wanted to do whatever he could to help me after I got a flat tire and it was inflated again to drive there. He put my donut on, because I wasn’t going to be able to get my tire replaced that day. Sadly, I didn’t even think of that as an option. He showed how he cares about customers. He took pictures to show me more details about what happened inside my tire. He also showed me in person. I watched him with other customers too and they seemed to be pleased with his customer service as well. He was also in the process of hiring people, so that will definitely help the experience, because other than a wait, I can’t complain. Thank you so much for being so kind on the phone and in person!

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Website states tire rotation is 9.99. I was charged 9.99 per tire. This is false advertising if this charge is correct. I asked who gets one tire rotated? Man at the counter blames inflation for the price. I was told my antifreeze level was empty along with my washer fluid upon arrival. I drove over 30 miles in Florida to get there. If my car has no coolant, I should have overheated on my way in. I also used my washer fluid on the way home. They also told me my brake fluid was low. I had that changed at the dealership last month and there are no leaks. The paperwork states that there are no dash lights on but my check engine light has been on for years (I know the issue) and they listed my current mileage at more than 40000 miles less than actual. I had an appointment and was told it would be 90 minutes to two hours for my service (oil change and tire rotation). I asked what was the point of having an appointment? Was told if there were 12 drive in people, I would be taken first but there's only only guy in the bay and there's another car ahead of me. I walked to another store next door and on my way back an hour later saw my car along with 4 other vehicles in bays being worked on. My service took over two hours. These people can't be trusted. I think they're crooks and will never go back! Stay away from this place! I wish I could leave them ZERO stars.

Working with Andre was a good experience. Very polite and professional. He made buying new tires easy. He communicated often, as the tires had to be ordered and took a week to arrive. All in all,,a good experience.

To Victor the manager thank you so very much. My tire blew out on 202. It shredded to pieces. The donut was put on, however, I did not want to drive any kind of distance with it. It was 6:38 pm the Pep Boys store closes at 7pm. Victor said Let me check if we have your tire in stock. He did and proceeded to not only change the tire, put the donut BACK in its original place, topped of the oil, wind shield fluid and something else. He put the bulb in my front head light and did not charge me. He said this is part of the service. THANK YOU VICTOR. I SO APPRECIATE YOUR PROFESSIONALISM, KINDNESS AND PATIENCE. HE INSURED I WAS ABLE TO DRIVE AND BE SAFE. KUDOS TO YOU VICTOR

Great experience. Had piece metal in my tire and tire stared was bouncing. Called on sunday talked to Toni and had tires on hand and Bryan had them on within about an hr. Update: tire became unbalanced. Took it back they rebalanced and rotated tire in about 35 minutes.

Stopped in because one of the tires in my mustang was reading low and wasn’t sure if it was because something was wrong with the tire. Pulled up to the garage and we spoke to a young guy named Joe about checking my tire really quick. He stopped what he was doing and immediately helped us out and checked out all my tires and patched the tire that was reading low. He also gave us recommendations for when I replace my tires that he feels would better suit my mustang. My boyfriend tried tipping him $20 and Joe told him it was too much and to keep it. He is great and I will now change my go-to tire shop to Pep Boys solely based on my experience with Joe. Thanks for such a great and kind experience Joe!

I was here long time ago didn't like the ambient ,after a while I come here yesterday to patch the tire very rude young men at the reception acting like he's doing me a favor ,but prices are good if you don't mind waiting for long long time and you can put up with the" wise comments" for the price then I guess it's okay. I know I'm not coming back

The Fact I had to egg him on just to get my car serviced after having made an appointment when Charlie had no intention of even having me serviced, despite availability: and my appointment at that yet when I clearly articulated what I need to have done which was just a 60 minute inspection covered by silver rock. Lazy ass attitude, terrible person to have upfront lmfao keep buddy doing inventory in the back or something buddy clearly has no intention of working and it’s a bad representation of the business. Do better Charlie.

Toni and John are the best workers ive ever met. This guys helped me push my car through rush hour traffic all the way down sunbeam because my battery blew and i was stranded in the middle of the road. Then proceeded to spend the next 3-4 hours with me fixing multiple things (replaced my battery, replaced my hose clamp, fixed my vacuum leak, and changed my oil). These guys took my non drivable car and made it drivable and was professional the entire time and even was able to calm down the situation. Hell Toni even gave me a bigass water bottle. So these guys are the reason i was able to get my car home tonight. Thank you guys so much. I hope yalls efforts get recognized and appreciated by more people.

Rj and his manager were amazing. I had ordered some tires that were the cheapest they had, and had some reservations before getting there. I talked to them about the type of my car, current tires and so on and they helped direct me into a good price tire that didn’t skimp on quality and was affordable. I replaced all 4 tires with them and will absolutely come back
