Shannon was amazing and was on top of getting the parts needed for my repair, she kept me updated as best as she could. Nick was awesome in keeping me informed about my repair. Both were outstanding at providing this service to me.

I went in for a new set of tires and a 4 wheel Alignment on my SUV, Tyler was the salesperson that helped me, he got my SUV in as soon as I arrived, he was very professional, friendly, and answered every question adequately, the service dept. Got me in and out in about 11/2 hours, maybe less than that. I was pleased with my service and the staff.

I really love this little Pep Boys service center. I sincerely hope it doesn’t suffer the fate of a lot of east side businesses as of late. Everyone is always so nice, and everything is done very efficiently.

I bought four brand new tires made an appointment online to have them put on I dropped my car off hour and a half later I go back and they didn't do the work yet they didn't even have the tires in the building so another 2 hours later they call me I take the car up there they put the tires on and didn't do the free inspection they were supposed to do or go over the paperwork with me the customer service was good they were nice but I didn't get my car done in a timely manner it took all day to get it done

I always like to bring my vehicles here for an oil change. Fast service, clean facility, helpful employees. The service technicians always let me know if there are things I should keep an eye out on my cars that may need work in the best future .

Shanon was great.. I was having a bad day and she had me laughing and feeling better in no time. Service was fast and efficient but all I had was a nail in my tire. I think it sucks that they no longer sell things for autos and they need to make sure the water dispenser is working and maybe more options other than coffee. I mean I can go pay on my car and pick from juices to tea and they have snacks & vending machines oh and a bathroom. Overall great call on my part.

In DO NOT recommend this place. They were going to charge me close to $1,400 on a repair that I had done at another place for under $600. Also, over $100 worth of items came up missing from my vehicle and they were the only ones that had access to my car. They even initially denied going into my car until I pointed out that to use the computer they used for diagnostics had to be attached under my hood - so they had to have gone into my car. Beware - they significantly overcharge and there is a good chance that any items worth anything may come up missing from your vehicle

This has been the best experience I’ve ever had. The Assistant Manager was amazing. She had excellent customer service, knowledgeable, and even made my toddler happy. The staff didn’t try to throw in extra fees or make me feel pressured to get another service done. Knowing that I needed it. I’ll never take my vehicle anywhere else. Thank you to all of the staff at Pep Boys. Especially the Assistant Manager, thank you thank you.

Let me start by saying all the staff were so understanding and polite I can’t thank them for that enough. I waited quit a long time but finally they were able to tell me what was wrong with my truck after spending endless time and money and not finding out my issue they helped me out and put in all the effort to make sure I left knowing the resolution to my problem! I will be back for all of my repair needs you get true honesty and compassion here and that’s hard to find! Thank you fellas you are appreciated!! Keep it up!!

Great team working at this location…very helpful, communicative ,and friendly. I brought in what I thought was the correct new rim part for a tire change. When the technicians realized the rim would not fit my wheel bolt pattern, they immediately explored for and communicated with me alternative solutions to get me out the door ASAP!

I went in to have my vehicle serviced for wheel hub assembly. the staff is friendly and helpful they called me with a quote before they worked on the vehicle. When I went to pay for my vehicle they even found a coupon I could use to save me more money

Arrived at 4:55pm for my 5pm appointment. They tell me at 6pm they wont be able to get to my van and asks can i leave it overnight. Ridiculous

Free "AC" check is not even an AC check. .They tried to charge me $64 when i arrived.

I got ceramic brake pads on all 4 wheels as well as a brake fluid change. They did a good job. My car was ready to go in a little over an hour. I saved $100 off the already reasonable price with their coupon.

This pep boys is ran by a bunch of flashlight mechanics and computer desk managers. It's not professional and they don't do any work correctly. If your looking to give them repeat business you can come in with a small problem and they will make sure it gets worse. Better off setting your car on fire and praying for rain
