The staff where very nice. Jeremy was extremely up and beyond service. I went to just get an oil change he was so attentive I was told my oil plug was stripped, 2 nails in my tire and that my battery cables was loose. Thanks for everything that the staff did I very much appreciate it.

Been coming here awhile for oil changes, tire rotation and most recently brake pads, pinion seal and sway bars and great service as usual. Will be back in February for oil change and tire rotation. Hey, do yall add coolant, brake fluid, etc...topping off fluids as apart of a package? Thanks.

I made an appointment at 1:00. They did not touch my car until 3:00 p.m.. I was told that my entire appointment should take 2 hours max. I did not leave until 4:35. There was no communication even though I kept asking and at the end they said I "should have said something". At the very least they could have discounted me for the misinformation and lack of professionalism. I won't be coming back.

The minute I walked into the store, I was greeted, told them what the situation was, Mr. Julius Ceaser was very helpful, checked tire and was able to have one of the techs fix the issue! Great place, awesome customer service 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Staff was nice and all but a 4 hour wait on two tires and a rotate is insane. I made an appointment at noon got in around and 12:15. Only 1 person in there waiting for there vehicle so it wasn’t like the place was busy or anything. I gave them my keys and seen that there was open bays in the back. So I was expecting a pretty quick service. I came in with my 2 year old nephew cause he loves tires. Anyway after about an hour two other ppl came in for oil changes and for some reason got done before my van got into a bay. By time my van got into the bay I thought to myself thank god it should be done in the next 30mins. I was wrong. I took my nephew outside to check on things and they had the front two tires off for over an hour and never rotated the back to the front during this time. The lady working on my van even told me by time it got done it be my nephews bedtime trying to joke with me. She said it be done by now but I wanted the tires to be rotated. I told her it shouldn’t take long to rotate and torque them. She agreed. 30 mins later my nephew is upset wanting to go home (I am too) and my van finally comes down. I got my van by 4pm. 4hrs to replace 2 tires and a rotate is ridiculous. I’m almost positive they made it take that long because I have roto rooter emblems on my van. Literally 3 ppl that showed up after me got there vehicles back within 45 mins. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Called 4 times today between 7:10-7:25pm with no one answering. Business says it closes at 8pm and i doubt they are packed with work . They just don’t want to answer. Just wnated to check on price for a service i was going to do tomorrow.

I made an appointment for 10 a.m. and arrived at 9: 40. I waited on my vehicle. I was leaving at 10:13. Love the quick service. My car rides like it did when it was new. So Happy!

Les tomó 2 horas cambiar la batería de mi carro: una hora y media quitando la batería y media hora colocando la nueva. Anteriormente, me han hecho el cambio en 15 minutos. Si no saben cambiar la batería de un auto en específico, deberían decirlo en lugar de jugar al mecánico. Espero no tener que regresar porque dejaron algo mal puesto. It took them 2 hours to change my car battery: an hour and a half to remove the battery and half an hour to install the new one. Previously, I’ve had the battery changed in 15 minutes. If they don’t know how to change the battery of a specific car, they should say so instead of pretending to be mechanics. I hope I don’t have to come back because they left something improperly installed.
